嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)公共建筑熱源形式適宜性研究及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái),節(jié)能環(huán)保問(wèn)題一直是人類社會(huì)頭等問(wèn)題之一,為了積極應(yīng)對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,國(guó)家在2012年印發(fā)節(jié)能減排“十二五”規(guī)劃,以降低能耗,節(jié)約能源,創(chuàng)建節(jié)約友好型社會(huì)。而我國(guó)城市化發(fā)展迅速,我國(guó)每年城鎮(zhèn)新建建筑的總面積在2020年前保持10億平方米/年左右,建筑用能將會(huì)急劇增加,給國(guó)家節(jié)能減排政策的實(shí)施帶來(lái)巨大的壓力,其中,大型公共建筑是值得關(guān)注的,此類建筑只占城鎮(zhèn)總建筑面積的6%左右,但其用電量很大,是住宅建筑用電量的10倍以上,因此公共建筑的節(jié)能的研究是工作的重點(diǎn),而公共建筑熱源形式的分析是關(guān)鍵。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代數(shù)據(jù)管理的高效工具,它能對(duì)大量信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行很好的記錄與管理,同時(shí)能進(jìn)一步的分析與計(jì)算。公共建筑熱源形式數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的開(kāi)發(fā)能較為合理的、全面的、集中式的管理公共建筑熱源系統(tǒng)的信息,方便建筑能耗的統(tǒng)計(jì)及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理,同時(shí)能提供客觀合理的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效、能耗、經(jīng)濟(jì)、節(jié)能和環(huán)保等方面的熱源評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,有利于全面了解建筑熱源信息,為制定能源政策、推進(jìn)建筑節(jié)能工作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本文以嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)沈陽(yáng)作為熱源系統(tǒng)研究對(duì)象,選擇幾個(gè)有代表性的公共建筑,采用調(diào)研實(shí)測(cè)、理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)建筑物的實(shí)際熱源系統(tǒng)參數(shù),經(jīng)濟(jì)費(fèi)用、建筑的基本信息做了詳細(xì)記錄,并用模糊數(shù)學(xué)和層次分析理論的基礎(chǔ)上確定了熱源系統(tǒng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)性、節(jié)能性、環(huán)境效益方面的評(píng)價(jià)方法。本文以MS Access 2003作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),以Visual Basic 6.0為前端開(kāi)發(fā)工具開(kāi)發(fā)了嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)公共建筑熱源形式管理系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)本數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)建筑基本信息、建筑熱源系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、建筑熱源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)的錄入和查詢,對(duì)建筑物熱源系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、節(jié)能性和環(huán)境效益方面的適宜性分析,并能選擇不同熱源進(jìn)行橫向適宜性分析,從而得出最優(yōu)的熱源系統(tǒng)方案,為建筑物的節(jié)能改造以及后建建筑物的熱源系統(tǒng)使用提供了直觀參照。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, the problem of energy saving and environmental protection has always been one of the top problems in human society. In order to actively deal with this problem, the state issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for Energy Saving and Emission reduction in 2012 in order to reduce energy consumption and save energy. Create a thrifty and friendly society. However, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, the total area of newly built buildings in cities and towns in China will be maintained at about 1 billion square meters per year before 2020, and the use of building energy will increase sharply, which will bring great pressure to the implementation of the national policy on energy conservation and emission reduction, among which, Large public buildings are worthy of attention. These buildings only account for about 6% of the total urban building area, but their electricity consumption is very large, which is more than 10 times that of residential buildings. Therefore, the research on energy conservation of public buildings is the focus of work. The analysis of heat source form of public buildings is the key. Database management system is an efficient tool for modern data management. It can record and manage a large number of information data, and can be further analyzed and calculated. The development of public building heat source database can be more reasonable, comprehensive and centralized to manage the information of public building heat source system, facilitate the statistics of building energy consumption and operation management, at the same time, it can provide objective and reasonable energy efficiency of system operation. The evaluation index system of energy consumption, economy, energy saving and environmental protection is beneficial to the comprehensive understanding of building heat source information, which lays a solid foundation for making energy policy and promoting building energy conservation work. This paper takes Shenyang as the research object of heat source system, selects several representative public buildings, adopts the method of surveying and measuring, combining the theory analysis, to the actual heat source system parameter of the building, the economic cost. The basic information of building is recorded in detail, and the evaluation method of heat source system in economy, energy saving and environment benefit is determined based on fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process theory. This paper takes MS Access 2003 as the background database and Visual Basic 6.0 as the front-end development tool to develop the heat source management system of public buildings in severe cold areas. Through the database management system, we can input and query the basic building information, the design parameters of the building heat source system, the operation parameters of the building heat source system, and the economy of the building heat source system. The suitability analysis of energy saving and environmental benefit, and can select different heat sources for lateral suitability analysis, thus the optimal heat source system scheme can be obtained. It provides an intuitionistic reference for energy saving reconstruction of buildings and the use of heat source system of the post-built buildings.
