基于關(guān)鍵鏈法的項(xiàng)目群進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理領(lǐng)域中,運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵鏈法(Critical Chain Method,簡(jiǎn)稱CCM)成為了研究熱點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)比較關(guān)鍵鏈法與傳統(tǒng)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定方法,闡明了關(guān)鍵鏈法的內(nèi)涵、理論依據(jù)和基本思想,明確了在項(xiàng)目群進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理中應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵鏈法的流程:首先確定資源約束條件下項(xiàng)目群中各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)先級(jí):本文構(gòu)建了一套項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析確定項(xiàng)目群中各項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)先級(jí);然后根據(jù)優(yōu)先級(jí)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,依次確定項(xiàng)目群中各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵鏈,主要依據(jù)關(guān)鍵路徑法和ACTIM準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行;最后根據(jù)項(xiàng)目中每個(gè)工序在項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵路徑中的位置權(quán)重系數(shù)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)彈性系數(shù)來(lái)確定關(guān)鍵鏈上的項(xiàng)目緩沖區(qū)和非關(guān)鍵鏈上的匯入緩沖區(qū)的大小。通過(guò)以上分析,本文運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵鏈對(duì)建筑項(xiàng)目群的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。在運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析對(duì)項(xiàng)目排序的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了資源約束下的三個(gè)建筑項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵鏈,并確定了關(guān)鍵鏈上項(xiàng)目緩沖區(qū)和非關(guān)鍵鏈上匯入緩沖區(qū)的大小。通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證得出:關(guān)鍵鏈法縮短了由三個(gè)項(xiàng)目組成項(xiàng)目群的工期,同時(shí)各項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃工期也大大縮減,保證了項(xiàng)目群進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文的方法在企業(yè)優(yōu)化配置和有效利用資源,按時(shí)保質(zhì)保量?jī)冬F(xiàn)合同承諾,保證企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,提高客戶滿意度的同時(shí)提升企業(yè)自身品牌價(jià)值等方面具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the field of construction project schedule management, (Critical Chain Method, (key chain method) has become a research hotspot. By comparing the key chain method with the traditional schedule planning method, this paper expounds the connotation, theoretical basis and basic idea of the key chain method. The process of applying the key chain method in the project group schedule management is clarified. Firstly, the priority of each project in the project group is determined under the condition of resource constraint. In this paper, a set of project priority evaluation index system is constructed. Using grey relational analysis to determine the priority of each item in the project group; Then, according to the evaluation results of priority, the key chain of each project in the project group is determined in turn, which is mainly based on the critical path method and ACTIM criterion. Finally, the size of the project buffer and the import buffer on the key chain are determined according to the position weight coefficient and the risk elasticity coefficient of each process in the key path of the project. Through the above analysis, this paper optimizes the progress plan of the construction project group by using the key chain. Based on the grey relational analysis, the key chains of three construction projects under resource constraints are determined, and the size of the project buffer and the import buffer on the critical chain are determined. It is concluded that the critical chain method shortens the duration of the project group composed of three projects, and the planned duration of each project is also greatly reduced, which ensures the realization of the optimization goal of the project group schedule plan. The method of this paper is of great practical significance in optimizing the allocation of resources, utilizing resources effectively, honouring the promise of contract on time, quality and quantity, ensuring the economic benefit of the enterprise, improving the customer satisfaction and promoting the brand value of the enterprise itself at the same time.
