載體樁樁筏基礎(chǔ)在高層民用建筑中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】：載體樁作為地基處理的一種方式,較多的以復(fù)合地基的形式出現(xiàn),繼2007年載體樁設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)程修訂后,載體樁不再局限于復(fù)合地基的形式。本文介紹的為濟(jì)南地區(qū)百米高層項(xiàng)目,采用的載體樁樁筏基礎(chǔ),縮短了樁長、減少了地基的變形,與其他樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)相比,縮短了工期,降低了工程造價(jià),取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:As a way of foundation treatment, carrier pile appears in the form of composite foundation. After the revision of design rules of carrier pile in 2007, the carrier pile is no longer confined to the form of composite foundation. In this paper, the pile raft foundation in Jinan area is introduced. The pile length is shortened and the deformation of the foundation is reduced. Compared with other pile foundation design, the construction period is shortened and the project cost is reduced. Good economic benefits have been achieved.
