【摘要】：博物館安全防范系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)應(yīng)在有條件的防護部位實現(xiàn)縱深防護,把好博物館展區(qū)、庫房等重要部位的外圍防線,把犯罪分子控制在展廳(庫房)門窗之外,提前預(yù)警,爭取時間,快速出擊,充分發(fā)揮技防優(yōu)勢,在“物防”與“人防”的有機配合下,及時有效地把入侵盜竊行為制止在初始階段,從而有效地防止文物被盜。
[Abstract]:The construction of the museum security and prevention system should carry out deep protection in the protected areas with conditions, control the peripheral defense lines of important parts such as museum exhibition areas and storerooms, control criminals outside the doors and windows of exhibition halls (storerooms), and warn them in advance. In order to win time, attack quickly, give full play to the advantage of technology and defense, with the organic cooperation of "material defense" and "civil air defense", the intrusion and theft behavior can be stopped in the initial stage in time and effectively, so as to effectively prevent the cultural relics from being stolen.
