部分外包型鋼混凝土黏結滑移性能的試驗研究

【摘要】:通過對10個部分外包型鋼混凝土進行推出試驗,對部分外包型鋼混凝土的黏結機理、黏結強度和黏結滑移本構關系等關鍵問題進行研究,分析混凝土強度等級、型鋼與混凝土接觸面狀態(tài)及接觸長度對型鋼與混凝土間黏結滑移性能的影響,考察型鋼翼緣及型鋼腹板與混凝土的黏結強度。試驗研究結果表明,生赤銹型鋼的黏結應力比普通型鋼高;型鋼翼緣相對于腹板對總體黏結作用貢獻更大;混凝土強度等級、接觸面狀態(tài)及接觸長度是影響?zhàn)そY強度的重要因素。根據(jù)所有試件的初始滑移黏結強度、極限黏結強度、殘余黏結強度及其荷載-滑移曲線,提出部分外包型鋼混凝土的黏結-滑移表達式,為部分外包型鋼-混凝土組合構件抗剪連接性能的進一步研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:The key problems such as bonding mechanism, bond strength and bond slip constitutive relation of partially wrapped steel reinforced concrete (SRC) were studied through the extrapolation test of 10 parts of SRC, and the strength grade of SRC was analyzed. The influence of the contact state and the contact length on the bond and slip behavior between section steel and concrete was studied. The bond strength of section steel flange and steel web plate with concrete was investigated. The experimental results show that the bonding stress of rusty section steel is higher than that of normal section steel, the contribution of section steel flange to the overall bonding is greater than that of web plate, and the strength grade of concrete is higher than that of normal section steel. Contact surface state and contact length are important factors affecting bonding strength. According to the initial slip bond strength, ultimate bond strength, residual bond strength and load-slip curve of all specimens, the cement-slip expression of partially wrapped steel reinforced concrete (SRC) is presented. It provides a reference for further research on shear connection performance of some steel-concrete composite members.
