【摘要】：醫(yī)院病房是為病人提供治病和修養(yǎng)的場所,使用群體的行為相對普通公共建筑更為特殊,在設(shè)計(jì)工程中,既要考慮功能的實(shí)用性,也要照顧到患者、醫(yī)護(hù)人員和病患家屬的心理感受及情緒狀況,以體現(xiàn)人性化醫(yī)療設(shè)計(jì)理念。傳統(tǒng)病房建筑受經(jīng)濟(jì)約束和社會職責(zé)的影響,很少對醫(yī)院光環(huán)境做詳細(xì)研究。醫(yī)療模式和醫(yī)療建設(shè)理念的發(fā)展促使設(shè)計(jì)師更多的關(guān)注光環(huán)境的影響。病房的護(hù)理單元作為醫(yī)院建筑中,病人使用時(shí)間最長、頻率最高的空間,對使用者的影響更為直接。因此,護(hù)理單元自然光環(huán)境的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)引起設(shè)計(jì)師的高度重視。本次研究以護(hù)理單元特質(zhì)空間光環(huán)境需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究深入分析如何優(yōu)化護(hù)理單元的采光設(shè)計(jì),以期從自然光環(huán)境角度為病房樓空間的設(shè)計(jì)與發(fā)展提供理論科學(xué)指導(dǎo)依據(jù)。本文按照以下四部分展開論述。第一部分主要介紹當(dāng)前課題研究的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、病房樓空間及采光技術(shù)的發(fā)展背景以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,并闡述自然光環(huán)境對于病房樓空間舒適度方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,明確研究的目的以及研究的方法。第二部分對病房護(hù)理單元自然光環(huán)境研究基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行分析,對自然光環(huán)境舒適度感知理論進(jìn)行研究,確立模擬的參變量以及評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),介紹當(dāng)前光環(huán)境模擬的工具選擇以及radiance軟件應(yīng)用意義,為下文采光模擬驗(yàn)證的框架確立奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三部分護(hù)說明理單元特質(zhì)空間與自然光舒適度的耦合關(guān)系,根據(jù)調(diào)研結(jié)果,介紹我國護(hù)理單元自然光環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段存在的相關(guān)問題,分別對護(hù)理單元的病房空間、醫(yī)護(hù)辦公空間以及公共空間特質(zhì)需求進(jìn)行分析闡述,總結(jié)護(hù)理單元自然光環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)要素。第四部分詳細(xì)論述護(hù)理單元自然光環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)與方法,建構(gòu)病房樓自然光環(huán)境優(yōu)化目標(biāo),基于目標(biāo)提出優(yōu)化策略,主要從形態(tài)力量調(diào)整、立面、剖面改善和空間構(gòu)成以及材料選擇和技術(shù)支撐等方面分別對護(hù)理單元的三大特質(zhì)空間進(jìn)行分析,并從優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)病房樓自然光環(huán)境角度提出設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:Hospital wards are places where patients can be treated and cultivated. The behavior of the users is more special than that of ordinary public buildings. In the design and engineering, we should not only consider the practicability of function, but also take care of the patients. The psychological feelings and emotional status of medical staff and patients'family members to reflect the concept of humanized medical design. Traditional ward buildings are influenced by economic constraints and social responsibilities, and few studies are made on the hospital light environment. The development of medical model and concept of medical construction urges designers to pay more attention to the influence of light environment. As the hospital building, the nursing unit of the ward has the longest time and the highest frequency space, which has more direct influence on the users. Therefore, the optimal design of natural light environment of nursing unit should be attached great importance to by designers. In this study, the characteristics of nursing unit spatial light environment requirements as the starting point, combined with the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad, in-depth analysis of how to optimize the nursing unit lighting design, From the view of natural light environment, it can provide theoretical and scientific basis for the design and development of ward building space. This article is discussed according to the following four parts. The first part mainly introduces the social economy, the development background of ward building space and lighting technology, and the current research situation at home and abroad, and expounds the realistic significance of natural light environment to the comfort of ward building space. The purpose and method of the research are clear. In the second part, the author analyzes the basic theory of natural light environment research in ward nursing unit, studies the theory of natural light environment comfort perception, and establishes the parameters and evaluation criteria of simulation. This paper introduces the choice of tools for optical environment simulation and the application significance of radiance software, which lays a foundation for establishing the framework of daylighting simulation verification below. The third part is the coupling relationship between the special space of nursing explanation unit and natural light comfort. According to the results of investigation, the present situation of natural light environment of nursing unit in China is introduced, and the problems existing at present are summarized, and the room space of nursing unit is analyzed respectively. The characteristics of medical care office space and public space were analyzed and expounded, and the design elements of natural light environment optimization of nursing unit were summarized. The fourth part discusses in detail the objective and method of the natural light environment optimization design of nursing unit, constructs the natural light environment optimization goal of the ward building, puts forward the optimization strategy based on the goal, mainly from the shape strength adjustment, the elevation, The three special spaces of nursing unit were analyzed from the aspects of section improvement, space composition, material selection and technical support, and the design method was put forward from the view of optimizing design of natural light environment of ward building.
