【摘要】：由市場經(jīng)濟主導的現(xiàn)代化進程,使我國傳統(tǒng)的城市結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生劇烈重組。憑借金融體系的運轉(zhuǎn)和資本的地緣性流通,一方面,城市的空間格局將發(fā)生由"行政中心/廠區(qū)/住宅區(qū)"到"金融中心/商業(yè)區(qū)/社區(qū)"的嬗變;另一方面,因人口流動和城區(qū)擴建而日趨復雜化的城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系,又必然擾動之前處于恒定狀態(tài)的城市生活。這就使城市發(fā)展處在危機的邊緣:與商業(yè)區(qū)的繁榮相伴隨的國有廠區(qū)的沒落,造成了區(qū)域性犯罪激增;強制性的城鄉(xiāng)改造對市民與農(nóng)民原先空間身份的混淆,加劇了之前的城鄉(xiāng)矛盾;城市人口的不均衡分布與階層壁壘的固化,阻礙了公民權(quán)利與政府行政的有效溝通。它們都是城市化過程中,因地緣性不均衡發(fā)展而在微觀層面引發(fā)社會正義失范的結(jié)果。因此,城市空間的合理重構(gòu),要求消除資本流動帶來的空間發(fā)展不均衡性,恢復且重塑業(yè)已消退的城市正義內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:The modernization process led by the market economy makes the traditional urban structure of our country undergo drastic reorganization. With the functioning of the financial system and the geographical circulation of capital, on the one hand, the spatial pattern of cities will evolve from "administrative centre / factory / residential" to "financial centre / commercial district / community"; on the other hand, The urban-rural relationship, which is becoming more and more complicated by population flow and urban expansion, inevitably disturbs the urban life which was in a constant state before. This puts urban development on the brink of crisis: the decline of state-owned factories, which is associated with the prosperity of commercial districts, has led to a surge in regional crime, and the confusion of the original spatial identity of citizens and farmers with the forced transformation of urban and rural areas. It intensifies the contradiction between urban and rural areas before, and the imbalanced distribution of urban population and the solidification of stratum barriers hinder the effective communication between civil rights and government administration. All of them are the result of social justice anomie caused by geographical imbalance in the process of urbanization. Therefore, the reasonable reconstruction of urban space requires the elimination of the imbalance of spatial development brought by the capital flow, and the restoration and remodeling of the receding connotation of urban justice.
