我國裝配式建筑的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:裝配式住宅可以克服傳統(tǒng)住宅建設周期長、生產效率低、工程質量安全低等弊端,是一種環(huán)保、節(jié)能、高效的生產方式。但其同時也存在著生產成本高、預制率低等一系列發(fā)展瓶頸,致使其在我國的應用并不多。系統(tǒng)地對裝配式建筑展開研究與分析不僅有助于我國裝配式建筑的健康有序發(fā)展,而且有助于加快建筑業(yè)在我國的工業(yè)化進程。本論文以可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為基礎,以裝配式建筑與傳統(tǒng)現澆建筑的區(qū)別為出發(fā)點,從經濟、資源、環(huán)境、社會各個方面分析影響裝配式建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素,旨在構建一套完善的裝配式建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展評價指標體系,為探究實現裝配式建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供建議和支持。本文研究內容主要為四個部分:分析裝配式建筑的經濟性,對裝配式建筑的經濟效益和增量成本進行全面分析;在綜合分析裝配式建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響因素的基礎上,構建裝配式建筑的可持續(xù)發(fā)展評價指標體系;運用灰色系統(tǒng)理論和層次分析法來構建裝配式建筑的綜合評價模型;從政府和企業(yè)兩個角度提出一系列降低裝配式建筑成本的有效途徑本文主要有兩個方面的創(chuàng)新點:一是在綜合可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和裝配式建筑發(fā)展實踐的基礎上,提出裝配式建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀點,同時構建一套完善的裝配式建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評價指標體系;二是綜合灰色系統(tǒng)理論和層次分析法,對裝配式建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評價模型進行了構建。
[Abstract]:Prefabricated housing can overcome the disadvantages of long construction cycle, low production efficiency, low engineering quality and safety, etc. It is an environmentally friendly, energy saving and efficient mode of production. However, it also has a series of development bottlenecks, such as high production cost and low prefabrication rate. Systematic research and analysis of prefabricated architecture not only contributes to the healthy and orderly development of prefabricated architecture in China, but also helps to speed up the industrialization process of construction industry in China. Based on the theory of sustainable development and the difference between prefabricated architecture and traditional cast-in-place architecture, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the sustainable development of prefabricated architecture from the aspects of economy, resources, environment and society. The purpose of this paper is to construct a complete evaluation index system for the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings, and to provide suggestions and support for exploring and realizing the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings. The main contents of this paper are as follows: analyze the economy of prefabricated buildings, analyze the economic benefits and incremental costs of prefabricated buildings, and analyze the influencing factors of the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings in a comprehensive way. The evaluation index system of the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings is constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation model of prefabricated buildings is constructed by using the grey system theory and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). From the angle of government and enterprise, this paper puts forward a series of effective ways to reduce the cost of prefabricated building. There are two main innovations in this paper: first, on the basis of synthesizing the theory of sustainable development and the practice of prefabricated building development, This paper puts forward the viewpoint of sustainable development of prefabricated buildings, and constructs a set of evaluation index system for sustainable development of prefabricated buildings, the second is comprehensive grey system theory and analytic hierarchy process, The evaluation model of the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings is constructed.
