【摘要】：為改善設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的成品質(zhì)量,提高設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,匯總了某實(shí)際工程案例在設(shè)計(jì)施工中遇到的可施工性問(wèn)題,并從產(chǎn)生原因、影響范圍及工程建設(shè)參與方等角度進(jìn)行了分析,論證了可施工性問(wèn)題會(huì)在項(xiàng)目的任何階段出現(xiàn),設(shè)計(jì)階段的可施工性問(wèn)題影響整個(gè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期,并可以通過(guò)溝通協(xié)調(diào)等方法避免,因此設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì)聯(lián)合業(yè)主進(jìn)行可施工性審查十分必要,進(jìn)而提出了設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)應(yīng)從知識(shí)管理、生產(chǎn)人員組織、主動(dòng)獲取和反饋機(jī)制等角度加強(qiáng)成品的可施工性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of finished products and enhance the core competitiveness of design enterprises, the constructability problems encountered in the design and construction of a practical engineering case are summarized, and the causes are given. The influence scope and the project construction participants are analyzed, and it is demonstrated that the constructability problem will appear at any stage of the project, and the constructability problem in the design stage will affect the whole project life cycle. And it can be avoided by means of communication and coordination. Therefore, it is necessary for design enterprises to use their own advantages to combine owners to conduct constructability examination. Furthermore, it is pointed out that design enterprises should organize production personnel from knowledge management. Active access and feedback mechanism to enhance the construction of finished products.
