工程監(jiān)理公司對項目績效的考評研究
[Abstract]:Engineering supervision system is one of the four basic legal systems in the field of engineering construction in our country. Since the implementation of the system in 1988, it has ensured the quality of engineering construction and improved the management level of engineering construction. To give full play to investment efficiency and other aspects played a greater role. All along, our country is used to positioning the project supervision in the construction stage. The connotation of the supervision work is mainly to control the quality, cost and progress of the construction stage, and to manage the project contract and information. At the same time, it is also necessary to fulfill the social responsibility of the safety management of construction engineering, which is entrusted by the national laws and regulations, for short, "three controls, two management and one coordination". The project supervision company is the main body of the project supervision, and the undertaking of the project supervision business must be entrusted and authorized by the construction unit in writing. The project supervision organization is the site organization which is stationed by the engineering supervision company and is responsible for the full implementation of the project supervision contract on behalf of the company. Through investigation and research, most engineering supervision companies belong to typical project-type companies, that is, the management and development of the companies mainly depend on the development and management of the projects. It is a common phenomenon for supervision companies to manage multi-projects at the same time. There must be differences in technical difficulty, scale, region and management mode between projects, which brings challenges to the management of projects, especially when evaluating project performance. A set of scientific and systematic methods have not been found to guide the project performance evaluation of the project supervision company. From the perspective of the managers of the supervision company, the paper analyzes the problems faced by the engineering supervision company through the vision of the company managers, forecasts the strategic development direction of the company, and discusses the project management needs of the company. To break down the company's performance indicators into project performance indicators to lay the foundation. The content of supervision project is decomposed, the initial performance evaluation index is screened many times, the method and principle of weight determination are discussed, and the comprehensive project performance evaluation index system model and evaluation standard are established. Through comparative analysis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate the performance evaluation system. Then, taking the performance evaluation of project A of ZY supervision company as an example, the calculation process of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is demonstrated, and a series of results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of performance of A project are obtained, and the evaluation results are analyzed. It reflects the actual performance of project A, and further proves that the index system and the comprehensive evaluation method selected in this paper have strong adaptability. Finally, the paper summarizes the research work and puts forward the focus and direction of further deepening the research. The research results of this paper can be applied in the process of project management by engineering supervision company, which is of practical significance. It can play an important role in improving the level of project management of engineering supervision company, promoting the fine management of supervision project, improving the quality of supervision work and enhancing service consciousness.
