【摘要】：位于明城區(qū)內(nèi)的德福巷是聯(lián)系西安北院門和三學(xué)街兩個(gè)歷史街區(qū)的旅游線路,曾經(jīng)是西安明城區(qū)內(nèi)典型的民居四合院及街巷空間的代表。經(jīng)過上世紀(jì)九十年代的拆改與近年來的數(shù)次翻新,呈現(xiàn)出了不同于其歷史的全新面貌。有關(guān)其歷史風(fēng)貌一直都有不同程度的記載,然而對(duì)于德福巷現(xiàn)階段的記載與結(jié)合城市遺產(chǎn)方面所做的研究卻略顯不足。這是本文行文最主要的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。當(dāng)代城市遺產(chǎn)的概念,已經(jīng)不同于傳統(tǒng)意義遺產(chǎn)觀下所包含的一系列實(shí)體遺存與單獨(dú)存在的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。而且應(yīng)該包含當(dāng)前城市建筑、城市空間所承載的一系列當(dāng)代生活場(chǎng)景與文化活動(dòng)。筆者從時(shí)間、空間,物質(zhì)、非物質(zhì)等多個(gè)維度對(duì)德福巷現(xiàn)狀所進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)研和記錄,一方面揭示了西安德福巷作為城市必要構(gòu)成部分的當(dāng)代實(shí)際意義;另一方面,從“歷時(shí)”與“共時(shí)”的角度,記錄了當(dāng)代德福巷所承擔(dān)的文化角色,建筑與空間在這一層面僅僅是載體,其內(nèi)在的場(chǎng)所精神與蘊(yùn)含的諸多文化屬性亦是當(dāng)代城市遺產(chǎn)研究的必要構(gòu)成元素。本文由以下三部分構(gòu)成:一是解讀西安德福巷的歷史沿革,在不同時(shí)間段對(duì)德福巷整體演進(jìn)與變化進(jìn)行了記載與評(píng)述,分析德福巷歷史變遷與時(shí)代發(fā)展的辯證關(guān)系;二是解讀當(dāng)代西安德福巷的場(chǎng)地與建筑空間,詳實(shí)記錄當(dāng)代德福巷的內(nèi)部、外部空間狀況,展示當(dāng)代德福巷在城市遺產(chǎn)體系認(rèn)知范圍內(nèi)的空間特質(zhì)與生活場(chǎng)景;三是探索當(dāng)代文化與德福巷現(xiàn)有空間的深層聯(lián)系,更多的在當(dāng)代多元文化的層面記錄德福巷正在發(fā)生的歷史,探討多元文化與德福巷實(shí)體空間之間的聯(lián)系。筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),今天的德福巷以仿明清的商業(yè)門面替代了原有的四合院民居。諸多當(dāng)代文化以及舶來文化置換了傳統(tǒng)居住文化。德福巷更像是一個(gè)多元文化的“孵化器”,所以在城市遺產(chǎn)視角下研究德福巷的意義,更多的是探索這些新興文化與現(xiàn)有建筑、空間形式之間的深層聯(lián)系與含義。筆者結(jié)合自身調(diào)研成果和自身所掌握知識(shí),對(duì)此做出了自己的初步理解和粗淺建議,以期以后學(xué)者繼續(xù)深入研究發(fā)掘。
[Abstract]:Defuxiang, which is located in Mingcheng District, is a tourist route connecting two historic blocks of Xi'an North Yuan Gate and Sanxue Street. It was once the representative of the typical residential courtyard and street space in the Ming District of Xi'an. After several revamping in 1990's and several years in recent years, it presents a new look different from its history. The historical features of Dafu Lane have been recorded in different degrees, but the research on Dafu Lane at the present stage and the combination of urban heritage has been slightly inadequate. This is the main starting point of this article. The concept of contemporary urban heritage is different from the traditional concept of heritage, which contains a series of entity relics and independent intangible cultural heritage. And it should include a series of contemporary life scenes and cultural activities carried by the current urban architecture and urban space. From the time, space, material, non-material and other dimensions of the in-depth investigation and record of the current situation of Defu Lane, on the one hand, it reveals the practical significance of Xi'an Defuxiang as a necessary part of the city; on the other hand, From the angle of "diachronic" and "synchronic", the cultural role of contemporary Defoe Lane is recorded. Architecture and space are just carriers in this aspect. Its internal spirit of place and many cultural attributes are also necessary elements in the study of contemporary urban heritage. This paper is composed of the following three parts: first, it interprets the historical evolution of Defuxiang in Xi'an, records and comments on the overall evolution and changes of Defuxiang in different periods, and analyzes the dialectical relationship between the historical changes and the development of the times in Defuxiang; The second is to interpret the site and architectural space of the contemporary Dafu Lane in Xi'an, to record the internal and external space conditions of the Contemporary Defoe Lane in detail, and to show the spatial characteristics and living scenes of the Contemporary Defoe Lane in the cognitive scope of the urban heritage system. The third is to explore the deep relationship between contemporary culture and the existing space of Defoe Lane, to record the history of Defoe Lane on the level of contemporary multiculturalism, and to explore the relationship between multiculturalism and the physical space of Defoe Lane. The author found that today's Defuxiang replaced the original courtyard houses by imitating the commercial facade of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Many contemporary cultures and foreign cultures have replaced the traditional residential culture. Defoe Lane is more like a multicultural "incubator", so the significance of studying Defoe Lane from the perspective of urban heritage is to explore the deep relationship and meaning between these new cultures and existing buildings and space forms. Based on the research results and knowledge, the author makes his own preliminary understanding and suggestions, in the hope that the scholars will continue to study and explore in the future.
