【摘要】：美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設可以統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)和諧協(xié)調發(fā)展,加快城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程,是推動新農(nóng)村建設的有力抓手,也是加快生態(tài)文明建設的有效載體。本項目為福建省龍巖市長汀縣梁坑村的“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”規(guī)劃。梁坑村位于古城鎮(zhèn)的中部,以牛嶺隧道為界,東臨牛嶺風景區(qū),西連梅花山風景區(qū),群山環(huán)抱,流水潺潺,又有萬畝竹海四季長青,可謂山清水秀、空氣清新、風景宜人。本規(guī)劃在對村莊現(xiàn)狀進行全面的分析與研究的基礎上,在分析和吸取國內外鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃案例的特點后,提出“竹韻梁坑,傳承經(jīng)典”的規(guī)劃理念,從道路、建筑、水系、綠化、給排水、基礎設施、附屬設施等多個方面進行規(guī)劃,重點在于村莊環(huán)境的整治、竹木資源的利用、竹文化與紅色文化的傳承等；建設村莊中心公園“個園”、“青梅竹馬”兒童樂園和氣節(jié)紀念廣場；并對梁坑村入口進行景觀改造；對廢棄地、荒地進行重新規(guī)劃利用,改善了村容村貌,通過規(guī)劃以期打造梁坑村成為“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”,使村民有一個良好的居住環(huán)境,進而提升他們的幸福指數(shù),使鄉(xiāng)村成為一個可居可賞可游的幸福居所。
[Abstract]:The construction of beautiful countryside can coordinate the harmonious development of urban and rural areas and accelerate the process of urban-rural integration. It is an effective carrier to speed up the construction of ecological civilization as well as to promote the construction of new countryside. This project is the "beautiful village" planning of Liangkeng Village, Changting County, Longyan City, Fujian Province. Liangkeng Village is located in the middle of the ancient town, with Niuling Tunnel as the boundary, east of Niuling Scenic area, west of Meihua Mountain Scenic spot, surrounded by mountains, flowing water, and thousands of mu of bamboo sea four seasons evergreen, can be said to be beautiful mountains, fresh air, pleasant scenery. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and research on the present situation of villages, and after analyzing and absorbing the characteristics of rural planning cases at home and abroad, this plan puts forward the planning concept of "Zhuyun Liang Pit, inheriting Classics" from roads, buildings, water systems, greening, etc. Water supply and drainage, infrastructure, ancillary facilities and other aspects are planned, with emphasis on the improvement of the village environment, the utilization of bamboo and wood resources, the inheritance of bamboo culture and red culture, etc. The Children's Paradise and the Qigi Memorial Square; the entrance to Liangkeng Village has been transformed into a landscape; and the abandoned land and wasteland have been replanned and used to improve the appearance of the village. Through planning, the village has become a "beautiful village." Make villagers have a good living environment, and then improve their happiness index, so that the village can become a habitable and tourable happy residence.
