【摘要】：近代商貿建筑是廣州這個具有典型商貿特質的城市不可或缺的重要組成部分。呼應廣州實現(xiàn)“國際商貿中心和國際文化中心”的發(fā)展目標,我們將之置于世界近代商貿建筑發(fā)展的廣大背景中,探討其產生和發(fā)展的過程。在缺乏廣泛關注的情況下,本論文嘗試深層挖掘這類建筑蘊含的豐富文化意義,也嘗試依據體系之特性建立適用的建筑保護和修繕的原則,促進保護走向整體化和科學化。本文以近代廣州為時空背景,以《巴拉憲章》之“廣義整體”的概念確定廣州近代商貿建筑研究體系。體系中的各類建筑在百年內以先后、主次的特點發(fā)展演變。通過總結世界經濟發(fā)展的主要特征和各時期世界主導的商貿業(yè)態(tài),以經濟學增長極概念和經濟數據確定各階段的主導型建筑類型：清末時期的海關類建筑、民國初期百貨類建筑和民國中期的酒店類建筑。再以英國建筑師戴維·史密斯·卡彭先生的建筑六項范疇分析模式分析這些主導型建筑的特征演變,進而提出了殖民時代之新古典主義的粵海關、大消費時代之折衷主義帶芝加哥學派風格的城外大新、大飯店時代之裝飾藝術風格的愛群大廈等三個典型案例,作為1840-1949年間廣州商貿建筑發(fā)展的三個重要歷史時期的代表,形成文化發(fā)展和實體空間對比研究的框架體系,將此體系建筑與西方建筑原型、上海近代的同類建筑比較分析,進一步總結出廣州近代商貿建筑發(fā)展的總體特征。論文共分六章。第一章對研究背景、意義、文獻及內容組織進行了闡述,研究思路遵循時空關系中自上而下、自宏觀而微觀、層層深入；第二章回溯了廣州歷代商貿建筑和商貿區(qū)的發(fā)展,提出研究對象的重點區(qū)域是沙面島、長堤商貿區(qū),同時將研究劃分為分別以海關類、百貨類和酒店類為主導的三個階段；第三、四、五章分別探討了近代的三個主要時期的主導型商貿建筑的發(fā)展演變特征,重點運用六項范疇模式進行各階段建筑特征分析；第六章是在前三章的研究基礎上對廣州近代商貿建筑進行特征總結,并展示了論文的分析模式和結論在近代建筑實踐中的運用。
[Abstract]:Modern commercial architecture is an indispensable part of Guangzhou, a city with typical commercial characteristics. In response to the development goal of "International Trade Center and International Cultural Center" in Guangzhou, we put it in the broad background of the development of modern commercial architecture in the world, and discuss the process of its emergence and development. In the absence of extensive attention, this paper attempts to dig deep into the rich cultural significance of this kind of architecture, and also tries to establish the applicable principles of architectural protection and repair according to the characteristics of the system, so as to promote the conservation to be integrated and scientific. Based on the space-time background of modern Guangzhou and the concept of "generalized wholeness" in the Charter of Barra, this paper determines the research system of modern commercial architecture in Guangzhou. All kinds of buildings in the system have developed in a hundred years with the characteristics of priority and secondary. By summing up the main characteristics of the world economic development and the world leading trade patterns in various periods, this paper uses the concept of economic growth pole and economic data to determine the main types of buildings in each stage: customs buildings in the late Qing Dynasty. In the early period of the Republic of China, the department store buildings and the hotel buildings in the middle of the Republic of China. Then using the six categories analysis model of British architect David Smith Capone to analyze the evolution of the characteristics of these dominant buildings, and then put forward the colonial era of the new classicism of Guangdong Customs. Three typical cases of eclecticism in the age of big consumption, with the style of Chicago school, and the style of decoration art in the era of big hotel, such as Aiqun Mansion, are the representatives of the three important historical periods of the development of commercial architecture in Guangzhou between 1840 and 1949. This paper forms a framework system for the comparative study of cultural development and physical space, compares the architecture of this system with that of the western architecture, and compares the similar buildings in Shanghai in modern times, and further summarizes the general characteristics of the development of modern commercial architecture in Guangzhou. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the background, significance, literature and content organization of the research. The research ideas follow the space-time relationship from the top to the bottom, from the macro to the micro, layers of depth; the second chapter goes back to the past dynasties of the development of commercial buildings and trade areas in Guangzhou. It is proposed that the key areas of the research object are Sandface Island, Changdi Trade area, and the study is divided into three stages: customs, Department Store and Hotel respectively. Third, fourth, Chapter five discusses the characteristics of the development and evolution of the leading commercial architecture in three main periods of modern times, and focuses on the analysis of the architectural characteristics of each stage by using the six categories; The sixth chapter summarizes the characteristics of modern commercial architecture in Guangzhou on the basis of the first three chapters, and shows the application of the analysis mode and conclusion in the practice of modern architecture.
