【摘要】：隨著各省市電梯監(jiān)控裝置相關(guān)條例的相繼頒布,我國對電梯安全運行監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品的使用做出了明確的規(guī)定,并且它的可靠運行逐漸成為了人們關(guān)注的焦點,綜合考慮當(dāng)前監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品檢測過程中存在的種種缺陷,本文研發(fā)了一套配有手持終端的電梯安全運行監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場檢測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)能夠完成監(jiān)控設(shè)備的初檢和現(xiàn)場檢驗工作,實現(xiàn)檢驗報告的自動生成及檢驗數(shù)據(jù)的信息化管理。首先,本文介紹了課題的研究背景以及國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在詳細分析系統(tǒng)需求和軟件功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)和設(shè)計方案,并對總體軟件設(shè)計進行了模塊的劃分,確定了各模塊軟件的設(shè)計目標(biāo)。接著,分別對數(shù)據(jù)庫、上位機平臺軟件以及手持終端軟件的設(shè)計進行了介紹。系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)中心采用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫,遵循3NF的設(shè)計原則并給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫的概念設(shè)計、邏輯設(shè)計和物理設(shè)計；上位機軟件平臺采用C/S體系結(jié)構(gòu),本文分別對基于NET Framework平臺開發(fā)的客戶機應(yīng)用軟件及基于Socket通信協(xié)議和多線程技術(shù)開發(fā)的服務(wù)器軟件進行了詳細地介紹；手持終端軟件的開發(fā)分為三個部分即嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)庫SQLite的設(shè)計、通信模塊的設(shè)計以及軟件功能界面設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)了對監(jiān)控裝置采集的電梯運行狀態(tài)和故障狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的現(xiàn)場檢測、數(shù)據(jù)的上傳下載以及信息管理等功能。然后,介紹了系統(tǒng)的運行環(huán)境和各個軟件模塊聯(lián)合調(diào)試的方法,給出了某型號監(jiān)控設(shè)備的詳細檢測過程,對系統(tǒng)的邏輯和功能進行了驗證。最后,對本文的工作進行了總結(jié),對后續(xù)的研發(fā)工作及可能做出的改進做出了展望。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過反復(fù)的測試,確實能夠滿足預(yù)期設(shè)計目標(biāo),能夠可靠地完成檢驗工作,已經(jīng)通過驗收,具有很好的使用價值。
[Abstract]:With the successive promulgation of regulations related to elevator monitoring devices in various provinces and cities, China has made a clear regulation on the use of elevator safety monitoring products, and its reliable operation has gradually become the focus of attention. A set of handheld terminals is developed in this paper. At the end of the elevator safety operation monitoring and monitoring system, the system can complete the initial inspection and on-site inspection of the monitoring equipment, realize the automatic generation of the inspection report and the information management of the inspection data. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the research and the development status at home and abroad, and analyzes the system requirements and software in detail. On the basis of functional requirements, the overall architecture and design scheme of the system are put forward, and the overall software design is divided into modules, and the design objectives of each module are determined. Then, the design of the database, the upper computer platform software and the handheld terminal software are introduced respectively. The data center of the system uses SQL Server data. The library, following the design principle of 3NF, gives the conceptual design of the database, logical design and physical design, and the software platform of the host computer uses the C/S architecture. This paper introduces the client application software based on the NET Framework platform and the server software developed on the basis of Socket communication protocol and multi thread technology respectively. The development of handheld terminal software is divided into three parts, namely, the design of the embedded database SQLite, the design of the communication module and the interface design of the software function. The functions of the elevator running state and the fault status data collected by the monitoring device, the upload and download of the data and the information management are realized. Then the system is introduced. The operation environment and the method of joint debugging of various software modules, the detailed detection process of a certain type of monitoring equipment is given, and the logic and function of the system are verified. Finally, the work is summarized, and the future research and development work and the possible improvement are prospected. After repeated tests, the system can indeed be used. Enough to meet the expected design objectives, and can reliably complete the inspection work, has passed the acceptance, has a very good use value.
