基于非破壞性試驗(yàn)的既有結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件抗力推斷方法

【摘要】:構(gòu)件抗力的準(zhǔn)確推斷是評(píng)定既有結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性的重要前提。目前,用于構(gòu)件抗力的推斷方法主要有基于破壞性試驗(yàn)的直接推斷法和基于材料試驗(yàn)的間接推斷法。直接推斷法的推斷結(jié)果能真實(shí)反映構(gòu)件的實(shí)際抗力,但不便于應(yīng)用,也不符合既有構(gòu)件繼續(xù)承載的要求;間接推斷法雖容易實(shí)現(xiàn),但推斷結(jié)果過于保守,不能很好地考慮構(gòu)件抗力的實(shí)際性能。國(guó)際上提出了在試驗(yàn)不充分條件下推斷構(gòu)件抗力的方法,該法綜合了目前直接和間接推斷法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),但僅能給出抗力的下限值,不能對(duì)構(gòu)件的實(shí)際抗力作出最終的推斷,也未定量考慮推斷中的不確定性,未考慮多個(gè)試件時(shí)的綜合判定方法。針對(duì)目前抗力推斷方法的不足,本文提出了基于非破壞性試驗(yàn)的既有構(gòu)件抗力推斷方法。首先,按照非破壞性試驗(yàn)的要求,對(duì)抗力采用定態(tài)的試驗(yàn)方式,即以試件達(dá)到設(shè)定狀態(tài)作為試驗(yàn)結(jié)束的標(biāo)志;然后,利用隨機(jī)過程及條件概率的分析方法,建立試驗(yàn)不充分條件下單個(gè)試件抗力的概率預(yù)測(cè)方法;最后,依據(jù)各試件的概率預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,通過全概率分析,進(jìn)一步針對(duì)多個(gè)試件建立構(gòu)件抗力的小樣本推斷方法。在已建立理論方法的基礎(chǔ)上,將此法具體應(yīng)用到鋼筋混凝土受彎構(gòu)件中,建立基于非破壞性試驗(yàn)的鋼筋混凝土受彎構(gòu)件受彎承載力的推斷方法。實(shí)例分析的結(jié)果表明,本文所提出的推斷方法對(duì)構(gòu)件自身信息的利用更為全面,推斷結(jié)果較為貼近實(shí)際值且具有較小的變異性;诜瞧茐男栽囼(yàn)的抗力推斷方法是對(duì)目前既有構(gòu)件抗力推斷方法的補(bǔ)充,該法中的試驗(yàn)為非破壞性試驗(yàn),在不損壞構(gòu)件的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮了構(gòu)件抗力的實(shí)際性能,彌補(bǔ)了直接推斷法和間接推斷法的不足,完善了國(guó)際上試驗(yàn)不充分條件下抗力的推斷方法,且該法具有更為突出的實(shí)證性和針對(duì)性。該法的提出拓展了結(jié)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,為既有結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性評(píng)定提供了更具實(shí)證性的試驗(yàn)輔助方法,從而更有效地保證結(jié)構(gòu)、特別是重大工程結(jié)構(gòu)和新型結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The accurate inference of the resistance of the component is an important prerequisite for evaluating the reliability of the existing structure. At present, the methods used to infer the resistance of the component mainly include the direct inference method based on the destructive test and the indirect inference method based on the material test. The inference results of the direct inference method can truly reflect the actual resistance of the component, but it is not convenient for application and is incompatible. The indirect inference method is easy to carry out, but the indirect inference method is easy to be realized, but the inference result is too conservative to consider the actual performance of the component resistance very well. The method to infer the resistance of the component under the condition of insufficient test is put forward. This method combines the advantages of the direct and indirect inference method at present, but it can only give the force of resistance. The limit value can not make a final inference to the actual resistance of the component, and do not consider the uncertainty in the inference, and do not consider the comprehensive determination method of multiple specimens. In view of the shortage of the present method of resistance inference, this paper proposes an anti force inference method based on the non destructive test for the existing components. First, according to the non destructive test. The test mode of the antagonism is used in the fixed state, that is to use the test piece to reach the set state as the sign of the end of the test. Then, the probability prediction method of the single specimen under the condition of insufficient test is established by using the analysis method of the random process and the condition probability. Finally, according to the probability prediction results of each test piece, the method is made through the full probability analysis. On the basis of the established theoretical method, the method is applied to the reinforced concrete flexural member, and the inference method of flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete flexural members based on non destructive test is established on the basis of the established theoretical method. The results of the actual case analysis show that the inference proposed in this paper is deduced. The method is more comprehensive for the use of the component's own information, and the result is more close to the actual value and has smaller variability. The method of resistance inference based on the non destructive test is a supplement to the present method of the resistance inference of the existing components. The test in this method is a non destructive test, and the resistance of the component is considered on the basis of not damaging the component. The actual performance makes up the shortage of direct inference method and indirect inference method, and improves the inference method of resistance under the condition of inadequate test in the world, and the method has more prominent positivism and pertinence. The proposed method extends the application field of structural test and provides a more empirical test for the reliability evaluation of existing structures. The auxiliary method can be used to ensure the reliability of structures, especially for major engineering structures and new structures.
