【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國正處于快速城鎮(zhèn)化時(shí)期,歷史悠久的水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)也面臨著如何在保留原有建筑文化的前提下發(fā)展建設(shè)的問題。本文從新建筑植入的角度研究古鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展中新建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文以三種境界,分別從認(rèn)識(shí)論到方法論講述水鄉(xiāng)新建筑植入的設(shè)計(jì)方法。“新舊相融”是在水鄉(xiāng)設(shè)計(jì)建筑的前提,討論新建筑如何與既有建筑取得協(xié)調(diào),保證新建建筑不會(huì)破壞原有的水鄉(xiāng)肌理；“自然相生”以水鄉(xiāng)的自然之景為切入點(diǎn),從“想象之景”-“真實(shí)之景”-“記憶之景”的觀景時(shí)序,分別論述水鄉(xiāng)的景物組織,以求新建筑可以提升水鄉(xiāng)的景觀品質(zhì)；“天人合一”以“人作”如何宛自“天開”為目標(biāo),以聚落為宏觀背景,討論新建筑如何誘導(dǎo)古鎮(zhèn)的生長趨勢,強(qiáng)化水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)的聚落特征。三種境界互相補(bǔ)充,逐層遞進(jìn),從如何保證新建筑植入不破壞水鄉(xiāng)肌理,到新建筑植入如何提升水鄉(xiāng)景致,繼而講述新建筑植入如何誘導(dǎo)古鎮(zhèn)的生長趨勢,最后通過實(shí)踐案例講述以上三種設(shè)計(jì)方法如何在實(shí)戰(zhàn)中發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of rapid urbanization, the ancient town of water town with a long history is also faced with the problem of how to develop and build on the premise of retaining the original architectural culture.This paper studies the design methods of new buildings in the development of ancient towns from the perspective of new buildings implantation.From epistemology to methodology, this paper discusses the design method of new building implantation in waterway."New and old blending" is the premise of designing buildings in water villages. It discusses how the new buildings can be coordinated with the existing buildings to ensure that new buildings will not destroy the original texture of the water villages. "Nature living together" takes the natural scenery of the water villages as the starting point.From the view sequence of "imaginary scenery", "real scene" and "memory landscape", the landscape organization of waterfront is discussed separately, so that the landscape quality of waterfront can be improved by seeking new buildings.With the goal of "making man and man" and taking settlement as the macro background, this paper discusses how the new building induces the growth trend of the ancient town and strengthens the settlement characteristics of the ancient town in the water town.The three states complement each other and progress step by step, from how to ensure that new buildings are implanted without destroying the texture of water villages, to how new buildings are implanted to enhance the landscape of water villages, and then how new buildings implantation can induce the growth of ancient towns.Finally, through practical cases, the above three design methods are described how to play a role in actual combat.
