【摘要】：國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 18306-2015《中國地震動參數(shù)區(qū)劃圖》(五代圖)已于2016年6月1日起開始實施。新一代區(qū)劃圖的實施,使得建筑的土建成本較之前有所改變。運用結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計軟件,按照規(guī)范規(guī)定的最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成各種結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件在不同地震動參數(shù)下的內(nèi)力和配筋計算,并根據(jù)建設(shè)工程預(yù)算定額和估價表對其進行施工圖預(yù)算和經(jīng)濟性的對比分析,從而比較某一地震動參數(shù)變化對典型鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)建筑土建成本的影響。
[Abstract]:The National Standard GB18306-2015 "China ground motion parameter zoning map" (the five generation map) has been implemented since June 1st 2016. The implementation of the new generation zoning map has changed the civil construction cost of buildings. According to the minimum standard stipulated in the code, the internal force and reinforcement calculation of various structural members under different ground motion parameters are completed, and the construction drawing budget and economy are compared and analyzed according to the budget quota and valuation table of the construction project. Thus, the influence of the variation of ground motion parameters on the civil construction cost of typical reinforced concrete frame structure is compared.
