單層排架工業(yè)廠房搬遷改造工程的綜合分析

【摘要】:現(xiàn)今,工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)在我國(guó)仍處在發(fā)展中階段,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。而工業(yè)廠房是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)和重要硬件設(shè)施,其存在狀態(tài)直接決定了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)能否安全、穩(wěn)定地進(jìn)行。隨著我國(guó)城市化發(fā)展速度加快以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整完善,大批位于城市邊郊地區(qū)的工業(yè)廠房不斷接近城市擴(kuò)大后的中心地區(qū),同時(shí)這些工業(yè)廠房與周圍的城市建設(shè)形成強(qiáng)烈反差,生產(chǎn)也造成了新的污染,因此它們面臨拆除或者搬遷。為了對(duì)環(huán)境減少污染,同時(shí)節(jié)約大量新建成本,越來(lái)越多的單層砼排架工業(yè)廠房采取搬遷加固改造的處理方式。因此,對(duì)單層砼排架工業(yè)廠房搬遷改造的技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)分析具有重要的理論和實(shí)際意義。本文研究的搬遷加固改造相對(duì)于直接拆除新建有著技術(shù)實(shí)施方便、工期短、環(huán)保少污染、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益明顯、適應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的社會(huì)趨勢(shì)等諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文結(jié)合工程案例,采用理論和實(shí)際相結(jié)合的分析方式對(duì)單層砼排架工業(yè)廠房進(jìn)行技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟(jì)分析研究。1.介紹工業(yè)廠房進(jìn)行可靠性鑒定的方法,并對(duì)工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行鑒定;2.運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)加權(quán)法對(duì)工業(yè)廠房主體構(gòu)件可利用性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)并驗(yàn)證其技術(shù)可行性,并以工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;3.介紹并分析單層排架工業(yè)廠房搬遷加固改造工程的工藝流程以及加固方法;4.基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)工業(yè)廠房搬遷的可行性進(jìn)行綜合性評(píng)價(jià),并以工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;為今后類似的單層排架工業(yè)廠房的搬遷加固工程提供理論指導(dǎo)和科學(xué)的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the industrial production is still in the developing stage in our country, and occupies the leading position in the national economy, and the industrial factory building is the foundation and the important hardware facility of the industrial production, its existence condition directly determines whether the industrial production can be safe or not. With the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous adjustment and perfection of the industrial structure in China, a large number of industrial factories located in the outskirts of cities are constantly approaching the central areas after the expansion of the city. At the same time, these industrial plants are in sharp contrast to the surrounding urban construction, and the production has also caused new pollution, so they are facing demolition or relocation, in order to reduce pollution to the environment and save a lot of new construction costs, More and more monolayer concrete bent industrial factory buildings take the treatment of relocation, reinforcement and transformation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the technical and economic analysis of the relocation and reconstruction of the single-story concrete bent industrial plant. Compared with the direct demolition and construction, the relocation and reinforcement of this paper has the advantages of technical convenience, short construction period, less environmental protection and less pollution. There are many advantages such as obvious economic benefit, adapting to the social trend of sustainable development and so on. The technical and economic analysis of single-story concrete bent industrial factory building is carried out by combining theory with practice. 1. The method of reliability evaluation of industrial building is introduced. The dynamic weighting method is used to evaluate the availability of the main components of the industrial plant and to verify its technical feasibility. The paper introduces and analyzes the technological process and reinforcement method of the relocation and strengthening project of single-story bent frame industrial factory building. Based on the fuzzy mathematical model, the feasibility of industrial plant relocation is comprehensively evaluated. It also provides theoretical guidance and scientific reference for the relocation and reinforcement of similar single-story bent industrial buildings in the future.
