【摘要】：簡(jiǎn)要介紹了某框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼骨混凝土柱內(nèi)置型鋼在加工及安裝過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的構(gòu)件變形及安裝誤差等工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,對(duì)問(wèn)題的成因及對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)造成的影響進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)該問(wèn)題所采取的處理方案進(jìn)行了介紹。重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了施工過(guò)程中應(yīng)予以重視的問(wèn)題,以期對(duì)避免類似工程中同類問(wèn)題的重現(xiàn)起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the engineering quality problems such as the deformation and installation error of steel components in the process of machining and installation of a steel reinforced concrete column built in a frame-shear wall structure. This paper analyzes the causes of the problem and its influence on the main structure, and introduces the solutions to the problem. The emphasis is placed on the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction process. In order to avoid similar problems in similar projects to play a certain reference role.
