【摘要】：本文概述了當(dāng)前我國(guó)雙向FDI的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與面臨問(wèn)題,并深入分析雙向FDI對(duì)流通價(jià)值鏈升級(jí)的影響機(jī)理。為進(jìn)一步研究IFDI和OFDI對(duì)流通價(jià)值鏈升級(jí)的作用,本文構(gòu)建了實(shí)證模型,通過(guò)面板數(shù)據(jù)單位根驗(yàn)證和GLS回歸分析,驗(yàn)證我國(guó)IFDI和OFDI對(duì)流通價(jià)值鏈升級(jí)的具體影響作用。結(jié)果表明,IFDI對(duì)流通價(jià)值鏈升級(jí)的促進(jìn)作用略強(qiáng)于OFDI,且IFDI與OFDI相互抑制對(duì)流通價(jià)值鏈的效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development and problems of two-way FDI in China are summarized, and the influence mechanism of two-way FDI on the upgrading of circulation value chain is analyzed. In order to further study the effect of IFDI and OFDI on the upgrading of circulation value chain, this paper constructs an empirical model. Through panel data unit root verification and GLS regression analysis, the paper verifies the specific effect of IFDI and OFDI on circulation value chain upgrading in China. The results show that the promotion effect of IFDI on circulation value chain is slightly stronger than that of OFDI, and that IFDI and OFDI restrain each other in circulation value chain.
