【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行高額利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)的情況已經(jīng)成為過(guò)去。MS銀行是我國(guó)首批成立的民營(yíng)股份制銀行,MS銀行濟(jì)南分行成立于2001年,MS銀行東營(yíng)分行為MS銀行濟(jì)南分行轄下二級(jí)分行,成立于2011年2月。東營(yíng)市中,除5大國(guó)有銀行還有10家全國(guó)性的股份制商業(yè)銀行和6家城市商業(yè)銀行,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常激烈。本文的主要研究對(duì)象是MS銀行東營(yíng)分行的公司業(yè)務(wù)。公司業(yè)務(wù)一直是MS銀行東營(yíng)分行的主要利潤(rùn)來(lái)源,其外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)主要有:國(guó)家穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和貨幣政策,東營(yíng)地區(qū)巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?資本市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)放促進(jìn)公司業(yè)務(wù)多樣化,客戶需求呈現(xiàn)出差異化,當(dāng)?shù)赝愩y行尚未充分重視中間業(yè)務(wù)等;面臨的威脅主要有:公司業(yè)務(wù)同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)嚴(yán)重,大型集團(tuán)強(qiáng)勢(shì)的議價(jià)能力,監(jiān)管和法規(guī)日趨從嚴(yán),"金融脫媒"的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)等。其內(nèi)部環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì)主要有:合理的組織架構(gòu)、優(yōu)秀的公司治理,高效的業(yè)務(wù)流程,全面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,重視中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,人力資源建設(shè)完善等;劣勢(shì)主要有:相對(duì)大型國(guó)有銀行的規(guī)模劣勢(shì),攬儲(chǔ)能力下降,營(yíng)銷動(dòng)力不足,創(chuàng)新型業(yè)務(wù)定價(jià)管理混亂,專業(yè)人才的缺乏等。本文旨在為MS銀行東營(yíng)分行的公司業(yè)務(wù)研究和制定競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。利用SWOT分析工具和定量戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃矩陣(QSPM矩陣)對(duì)三種基本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,確定采取差異化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。實(shí)施措施包括:確定目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)定位,實(shí)行客戶分類管理,實(shí)施定價(jià)差異化、產(chǎn)品差異化、營(yíng)銷差異化,優(yōu)化服務(wù)質(zhì)量。保障措施包括:培育優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)、改善業(yè)務(wù)流程,加強(qiáng)人力資源建設(shè),落實(shí)全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,提高對(duì)信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、強(qiáng)化財(cái)務(wù)管理。本文希望為MS銀行東營(yíng)分行進(jìn)一步保持與提升公司業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供科學(xué)依據(jù),也希望能為其他商業(yè)銀行的管理者提供信息支持和決策參考。
[Abstract]:The high profit growth of commercial banks has become the past. Ms Bank is the first privately owned joint-stock bank established in our country. The Jinan Branch of MS Bank was established in 2001. The Dongying Branch of MS Bank is a secondary branch of Jinan Branch of MS Bank. Founded in February 2011. In Dongying City, there are 10 national joint-stock commercial banks and 6 city commercial banks in addition to 5 state-owned banks, and the competition is very fierce. The main research object of this paper is the company business of MS Bank Dongying Branch. The company's business has always been the main source of profit for the Dongying Branch of MS Bank. The opportunities for its external environment include: the country's stable economic environment and monetary policy, and the great development potential of the Dongying region. The opening of the capital market promotes the diversification of the company's business, the customer demand is different, the local banks have not paid enough attention to the intermediate business, and so on. Large groups strong bargaining power, regulatory and regulatory tightening, "financial disintermediation" development trend. Its internal environmental advantages are: reasonable organizational structure, excellent corporate governance, efficient business processes, comprehensive risk management, attach importance to the development of intermediate business, human resources construction and so on; The main disadvantages are: relative to the large state-owned banks, the size of the inferiority, the ability to take stock of the decline, lack of marketing motivation, innovative business pricing management confusion, lack of professionals and so on. The purpose of this paper is to research and develop competitive strategy for MS Bank Dongying Branch. By using SWOT analysis tool and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM matrix), three basic competitive strategies are compared and analyzed, and a differentiated competitive strategy is determined. The implementation measures include: to determine the target market position, to implement customer classification management, to implement pricing differentiation, product differentiation, marketing differentiation, and to optimize service quality. The guarantee measures include cultivating excellent corporate culture, optimizing organization structure, improving business process, strengthening human resource construction, implementing comprehensive risk management, improving the application of information technology, and strengthening financial management. This paper hopes to provide a scientific basis for the MS Bank Dongying Branch to further maintain and enhance the business competitiveness of the company, and also to provide information support and decision-making reference for the managers of other commercial banks.
