【摘要】：舊中國在貿(mào)易口岸開埠之初,中西方的貿(mào)易并非在中外商人之間直接進行,真正意義上的交易雙方是外商與錢莊、票號�；谂f中國特有的社會稟賦結構,錢莊和票號在與外國銀行業(yè)競爭的同時與外國銀行合作,在中國金融市場開展借貸業(yè)務。在中國市場開放程度不斷深化的今天,舊中國金融業(yè)在貿(mào)易口岸開埠之初的做法值得借鑒。中國本土金融業(yè)需要在原有優(yōu)勢條件的基礎上開展國際合作與競爭,需要將西方國家金融發(fā)展的肯定成果"拿來",利用比較優(yōu)勢跨越發(fā)展中的"卡夫丁峽谷",打造適合中國金融業(yè)發(fā)展的獨特模式,走出一條"東方社會"特有的金融發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the opening of the trading port in old China, the trade between China and the West was not carried out directly between Chinese and foreign businessmen. Based on the unique social endowment structure of old China, banks and ticket houses cooperate with foreign banks while competing with foreign banks to carry out lending business in China's financial markets. With the deepening of China's market opening, the old Chinese financial industry at the beginning of the opening of trade ports is worthy of reference. China's local financial industry needs to carry out international cooperation and competition on the basis of its original advantages. It is necessary to "bring in" the positive results of the financial development of western countries, use comparative advantage to cross the developing "Kaftin Canyon", create a unique model suitable for the development of Chinese financial industry, and walk out a unique way of financial development in the "Eastern Society".
