【摘要】：基于金融資源向財富驅動領域過快集中的現(xiàn)實問題,從技術創(chuàng)新不確定性視角對財富驅動爭奪創(chuàng)新驅動金融資源的理論機制進行研究,結果表明:由于技術創(chuàng)新過程的不確定性和風險,金融資源更傾向于進入財富驅動領域;放任金融資源過度流向財富驅動領域會對經濟發(fā)展產生危害;市場機制本身無法促使創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展自動實現(xiàn),需要政府政策強力介入,干預金融供給側改革,支持創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展。基于此,政府應完善金融體系對技術創(chuàng)新不確定性的風險分散和風險分擔機制,引導金融資源進入創(chuàng)新驅動領域。
[Abstract]:Based on the current problem that financial resources become too fast and concentrated in the field of wealth driving, the theoretical mechanism of wealth driven competition for financial resources driven by innovation is studied from the perspective of technological innovation uncertainty. The results show that due to the uncertainty and risk in the process of technological innovation, financial resources tend to enter the wealth-driven field, allowing the excessive flow of financial resources to the wealth-driven field will cause harm to the economic development. The market mechanism itself cannot promote the innovation driven development to realize automatically, needs the government policy to intervene strongly, to intervene the financial supply-side reform, to support the innovation drive development. Based on this, the government should perfect the risk dispersion and risk sharing mechanism of financial system to the uncertainty of technological innovation, and guide financial resources into the field of innovation drive.
