【摘要】：本文結(jié)合前沿的面板協(xié)整分析方法,對1991-2011年中國各省的外商投資(FDI)與環(huán)境污染的關(guān)系展開深入研究,以對"污染天堂"與"污染光環(huán)"假說進(jìn)行檢驗,并在此基礎(chǔ)上考察經(jīng)濟(jì)開放度、環(huán)境監(jiān)管強(qiáng)度、資本密集度等因素對兩者關(guān)系的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,污染天堂假說只在中國部分省份成立。利用動態(tài)滾動窗口面板分析等方法對兩者關(guān)系潛在影響因素的分析表明,隨著貿(mào)易開放程度的擴(kuò)大,當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境惡化的壓力也將隨之增加;以資本密集度不斷提高為主要形式的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級,在一定程度上促進(jìn)了污染排放技術(shù)的改進(jìn),從而降低了FDI污染系數(shù)。此外,各地區(qū)環(huán)境監(jiān)管力度的加強(qiáng)將對FDI的污染排放行為產(chǎn)生抑制效果,而環(huán)保投資比例對污染系數(shù)不具有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship between foreign investment (FDI) and environmental pollution in all provinces of China from 1991 to 2011 is studied in order to test the "pollution Paradise" and "pollution halo" hypothesis. On this basis, the influence of economic openness, environmental supervision intensity and capital intensity on the relationship between the two factors are investigated. The results show that the pollution Paradise hypothesis is only established in some provinces of China. Using dynamic rolling window panel analysis and other methods to analyze the potential factors affecting the relationship between the two shows that with the expansion of trade openness, the pressure of local environmental degradation will also increase; The upgrading of industrial structure, which takes the capital intensity as the main form, promotes the improvement of the pollution emission technology to a certain extent and reduces the pollution coefficient of FDI. In addition, the enhancement of environmental supervision in different regions will inhibit the pollution emission behavior of FDI, but the proportion of environmental protection investment has no significant effect on the pollution coefficient.
