【摘要】：針對(duì)工資物價(jià)之間的非線性動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系及對(duì)兩者關(guān)系認(rèn)識(shí)的分歧,運(yùn)用格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)和平滑轉(zhuǎn)移自回歸模型研究1991~2012年平均名義工資與通貨膨脹之間的相互關(guān)系,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:在樣本期內(nèi)通貨膨脹是推動(dòng)名義工資上漲的主要因素,而工資上漲推動(dòng)物價(jià)上漲的機(jī)制不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)上的顯著性;1991~1998年名義工資與通貨膨脹呈現(xiàn)負(fù)向線性關(guān)系,1999~2012年兩者關(guān)系由線性關(guān)系向非線性關(guān)系平滑轉(zhuǎn)移,且名義工資增長(zhǎng)更多受到自身慣性的影響。最后從防范工資推動(dòng)型通脹出現(xiàn)的角度提出了大力推進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步,推進(jìn)市場(chǎng)化改革,降低通貨膨脹預(yù)期及其持續(xù)性,避免總量工資過快調(diào)整等政策建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the nonlinear dynamic relationship between wages and prices and the differences in the understanding of the relationship between them, the Granger causality test and smooth transfer autoregression model are used to study the relationship between average nominal wage and inflation in 1991 / 2012. The empirical results show that inflation is the main factor to promote the nominal wage rise in the sample period, but the mechanism of wage rise driving price rise is not statistically significant. From 1991 to 1998, the relationship between nominal wage and inflation showed a negative linear relationship, and from 1999 to 2012, the relationship between nominal wage and inflation shifted smoothly from linear relationship to nonlinear relationship, and the nominal wage growth was more affected by its own inertia. Finally, from the point of view of preventing the emergence of wage-driven inflation, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as vigorously promoting technological progress, promoting market-oriented reform, reducing inflation expectations and their persistence, and avoiding excessive adjustment of total wages.
