【摘要】：在系統(tǒng)地梳理了城市容量問題的相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從城市容量概念及其研究方法兩個方面,歸納總結(jié)了我國城市容量問題研究的現(xiàn)狀,展望了未來城市容量問題研究的發(fā)展趨勢。認為關(guān)于城市容量問題的研究應(yīng)從注重資源環(huán)境承載力和發(fā)展需求的研究轉(zhuǎn)向以自然環(huán)境為約束的生態(tài)導(dǎo)向的研究;從注重物的規(guī)劃的研究轉(zhuǎn)向注重人的規(guī)劃的研究;從靜態(tài)視角的研究轉(zhuǎn)向動態(tài)視角的研究;從單純關(guān)注人口容量的研究轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)注人口容量與用地、交通、服務(wù)設(shè)施和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施容量的匹配的研究;從容量預(yù)測的研究轉(zhuǎn)向容量管控的研究。
[Abstract]:On the basis of systematically combing the related research results of urban capacity problem, this paper summarizes the current situation of urban capacity research in China from two aspects: the concept of urban capacity and its research methods. The development trend of urban capacity research in the future is prospected. It is suggested that the research on urban capacity should change from the research of bearing capacity of resources and environment to the study of ecological orientation constrained by natural environment, from the study of material planning to the research of emphasizing human planning, and from the research of material-oriented planning to the research of human-oriented planning. From a static perspective to a dynamic perspective, from a simple focus on population capacity to a focus on the matching of population capacity and land use, transportation, service facilities and infrastructure capacity; From the research of capacity prediction to the research of capacity control.
