【摘要】：隨著海洋經(jīng)濟地位的日益提升,跨海通道對建設海洋強國的戰(zhàn)略作用日益凸顯。作為銜接山東半島和遼東半島的渤海海峽跨海通道,其建成將極大地改善環(huán)渤海地區(qū)的交通格局,勢必增強海峽兩岸各城市的經(jīng)濟總量,提升城市之間的經(jīng)濟度,促進區(qū)域一體化的發(fā)展。為了保證工程建設的科學性,需從工程項目、區(qū)域發(fā)展、國際合作三個層面入手來進行建設規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the economic status of the ocean, the strategic role of the trans-sea channel in the construction of the ocean power is becoming more and more prominent. As the cross-sea channel of the Bohai Straits, which is connected with the Shandong Peninsula and the Liaodong Peninsula, the completion of the construction will greatly improve the traffic pattern of the Bohai Sea region, and will certainly enhance the economic total of all cities across the Taiwan Straits, improve the economic degree between the cities and promote the development of regional integration. In order to ensure the scientific nature of the project construction, the construction planning should be carried out from the three aspects of the project, the regional development and the international cooperation.
