【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)是新型城鎮(zhèn)化的基石。當(dāng)前,我國正進(jìn)入新一輪創(chuàng)業(yè)浪潮,創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新高度互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化是其重要特征。眾籌、眾包、眾創(chuàng)空間的發(fā)展為創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供了資金、技術(shù)、專業(yè)服務(wù)等要素支持,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)"去中心化"和"去中介化"的趨勢為中小城市與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)帶來了良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)遇,長尾效應(yīng)日益顯著使創(chuàng)業(yè)者機(jī)會大大增加。當(dāng)前,為進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)對新型城鎮(zhèn)化的作用,需要構(gòu)建良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)生態(tài),激發(fā)回歸創(chuàng)業(yè)主體的熱情,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺推進(jìn)各類創(chuàng)業(yè)要素的集聚與優(yōu)化配置,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)文化、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)支持的"軟環(huán)境"與信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)等"硬環(huán)境"協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Pioneering employment is the cornerstone of new urbanization. At present, China is entering a new wave of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial innovation is a high degree of Internet is an important feature. The development of crowdfunding, crowdsourcing, and crowdsourcing has provided support for entrepreneurs in such elements as capital, technology, professional services, and so on. The trend of "decentralization" and "de-intermediation" of the Internet has brought good entrepreneurial opportunities for small and medium-sized cities and township areas. The long tail effect is increasing the opportunities for entrepreneurs. At present, in order to further play the role of Internet entrepreneurship in the new urbanization, we need to build a good entrepreneurial ecology, stimulate the enthusiasm to return to the subject of entrepreneurship, and promote the agglomeration and optimal allocation of all kinds of entrepreneurial elements through the Internet platform. Promote entrepreneurial culture, Internet related laws and regulations supported by the "soft environment" and information infrastructure, modern logistics industry and other "hard environment" coordinated development.
