中國情境下的勞動者工作價值取向及其影響研究

【摘要】:通過同質樣本和異質樣本的數據調查,研究了中國文化情境下勞動者工作價值取向(WO)的結構及影響。在此基礎上以勞動者整體工作滿意度(OJS)及主觀幸福感(SWB)為結果變量分析WO的影響。結果表明:中國情境下勞動者WO結構包括呼喚取向、職業(yè)取向與謀生取向三個維度,其中呼喚取向內涵與西方差異較大;對于同質樣本,WO三維度對OJS和SWB的影響均為正,且呼喚取向的影響程度依次大于職業(yè)取向與謀生取向;對于異質樣本,謀生取向對OJS和SWB的負向影響不顯著,而呼喚取向與職業(yè)取向對它們的影響均為正,且前者的影響程度大于后者。
[Abstract]:The structure and influence of workers' work value orientation (WO) in Chinese cultural context were studied through the data survey of homogeneous and heterogeneous samples. On this basis, the effect of WO was analyzed with (OJS) and (SWB) of subjective well-being as the result variables. The results show that the WO structure of workers in Chinese context includes three dimensions: calling orientation, career orientation and livelihood orientation, in which the connotation of calling orientation is different from that of the West, and the influence of WO three-dimensional degree on OJS and SWB is positive for homogeneous samples. For heterogeneous samples, the negative influence of call orientation on OJS and SWB was not significant, but the influence of calling orientation and career orientation on them was positive. And the influence of the former is greater than that of the latter.
