基于熵權(quán)物元可拓理論的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)模型研究

【摘要】:工程項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)是招標(biāo)單位挑選適合工程項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)的項(xiàng)目承包單位的重要方式。而工程項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)則是這個(gè)過(guò)程中最重要的環(huán)節(jié),評(píng)標(biāo)質(zhì)量的好壞直接決定了工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量。因此,為了保證工程項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)環(huán)節(jié)的公平、公正、科學(xué)、合理,保護(hù)招投標(biāo)雙方的利益,提高工程的建設(shè)的質(zhì)量,研究科學(xué)、合理、有效的評(píng)標(biāo)理論具有十分重要的意義。本文基于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),在綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,概述了工程項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)的一般程序和評(píng)標(biāo)原則,分析傳統(tǒng)評(píng)標(biāo)方法的不足的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于熵權(quán)物元可拓理論的綜合評(píng)標(biāo)方法并進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。首先,從工程的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)理論入手,通過(guò)詳?shù)募?xì)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外的的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的招投標(biāo)的評(píng)標(biāo)的研究現(xiàn)狀,理清了國(guó)內(nèi)外評(píng)標(biāo)理論的大致研究方向。本文還詳細(xì)的介紹了招投標(biāo)的一些理論,如招標(biāo)范圍、方式、基本程序以及目前評(píng)標(biāo)過(guò)程中存在的一些不足和問(wèn)題,通過(guò)結(jié)合我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)的實(shí)際情況,系統(tǒng)的分析了我國(guó)現(xiàn)有評(píng)標(biāo)理論的優(yōu)劣,為以后評(píng)標(biāo)理論的發(fā)展提供了一定的依據(jù)。文章還對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了深入的研究,構(gòu)建了項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)指標(biāo)體系。在此的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了綜合了信息熵理論、物元可拓理論的熵權(quán)物元可拓理論,以用于工程項(xiàng)目的評(píng)標(biāo)。在文章的第四部分,首先,分別介紹了熵權(quán)物元可拓理論的兩個(gè)基礎(chǔ)理論,通過(guò)對(duì)信息熵理論的分析,提出了以專(zhuān)家打分法為數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),以信息熵理論的基本原理來(lái)確定評(píng)標(biāo)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的方法;通過(guò)分析物元可拓理論,理清了將可拓理論應(yīng)用于工程項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)的具體思路。其次,對(duì)熵權(quán)物元可拓理論評(píng)價(jià)方的法的基本的原理、特點(diǎn)、評(píng)判原則和主的要的步驟進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。首先利的用熵權(quán)模糊理論對(duì)項(xiàng)目的指標(biāo)體系中的定性的、定量的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的處理,并根據(jù)信息熵理論和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法確定項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。引入物元可拓理論評(píng)價(jià)方法,建立了評(píng)標(biāo)物元的經(jīng)典域、節(jié)域和關(guān)聯(lián)度矩陣,然后再根據(jù)以上確定的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,根據(jù)最大關(guān)聯(lián)度原則,獲得物元評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。由此便構(gòu)建了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目熵權(quán)物元可拓理論綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)例的分析,該模型的應(yīng)用使工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)標(biāo)的過(guò)的程更加科學(xué)和準(zhǔn)確。經(jīng)分析研究,本文所提出的工程的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目基于熵權(quán)物元可拓理論的綜合評(píng)標(biāo)的模型具有一定的實(shí)用性,能夠?yàn)楣こ添?xiàng)目的評(píng)標(biāo)提供較為有效的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Project bidding is an important way for the bidding unit to select the project contracting unit suitable for the characteristics of the project. The evaluation of project bid is the most important link in this process. The quality of bid evaluation directly determines the quality of engineering project. Therefore, in order to ensure the fair, just, scientific, reasonable, protect the interests of both the bidding and bid, improve the quality of the construction of the project, study the scientific, reasonable and effective bid evaluation theory has a very important significance. Based on the characteristics of engineering construction projects, this paper summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, summarizes the general procedures and principles of bidding for engineering projects, and analyzes the shortcomings of traditional bidding evaluation methods. A comprehensive bid evaluation method based on entropy weight matter-element extension theory is proposed and verified by an example. First of all, from the construction project bidding theory, through the detailed analysis of the domestic and foreign construction project bidding evaluation research status quo, clear the domestic and foreign bidding evaluation theory of the approximate research direction. This paper also introduces in detail some theories of bidding, such as the scope, the way, the basic procedure and the shortcomings and problems existing in the process of bid evaluation at present, through the combination of the actual situation of bidding evaluation of engineering projects in our country. This paper systematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing bid evaluation theory in China, and provides a certain basis for the development of the bidding evaluation theory in the future. The paper also makes a deep study on the evaluation index system of engineering project bid, and constructs the index system of project bid evaluation. On this basis, the entropy weight matter-element extension theory which synthesizes the information entropy theory and the matter-element extension theory is put forward to be used in the evaluation of the project bid. In the fourth part of the paper, firstly, two basic theories of entropy weight matter-element extension theory are introduced, and through the analysis of the information entropy theory, the expert scoring method is proposed as the data basis. The basic principle of information entropy theory is used to determine the weight of bid evaluation index, and the concrete idea of applying extension theory to project bidding evaluation is clarified by analyzing matter-element extension theory. Secondly, the basic principle, characteristics, evaluation principles and main steps of the method for evaluating the square in the theory of entropy weight matter-element extension are analyzed in detail. Firstly, the qualitative and quantitative indexes in the index system of the project are processed by entropy weight fuzzy theory, and the weights of the evaluation indexes are determined according to the information entropy theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By introducing the matter-element extension theory evaluation method, the classical domain, node domain and correlation degree matrix of the matter-element are established, and then according to the index weight determined above and the principle of maximum correlation degree, the evaluation results of the matter-element are obtained. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight matter-element extension theory for engineering construction project is constructed. Through the analysis of examples, the application of the model makes the evaluation of construction projects more scientific and accurate. Through analysis and research, the model of comprehensive bid evaluation based on entropy weight matter-element extension theory proposed in this paper has certain practicability, and can provide more effective theoretical basis for engineering project bid evaluation.
