【摘要】：正城鎮(zhèn)化顯然是"十三五"時期一個重要的發(fā)展方向,過去談得非常多,但是在這個問題上,我覺得應(yīng)該存在一些誤區(qū),或者說一些有爭議的地方。首先第一點要談的是對城市和城市化的定義。全世界并沒有一個統(tǒng)一的定義,在研究城市化的問題時大家也并沒有共識。現(xiàn)在我們按統(tǒng)計局公布的——按城市常住人口來統(tǒng)計的城鎮(zhèn)化率,我的印象中應(yīng)該是55%左右。對這個數(shù)
[Abstract]:It is obvious that urbanization is an important development direction in the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and in the past there was a lot of talk about it. But on this issue, I think there should be some misunderstanding, or some controversial points. The first point is about the definition of city and urbanization.
