【摘要】：隨著全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的浮現(xiàn)和發(fā)展,一些國際城市通過集聚較多研發(fā)機構和活動,成為全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡中的核心節(jié)點城市,表現(xiàn)出較強的創(chuàng)新競爭力。在創(chuàng)新驅動、轉型發(fā)展的背景下,中國城市創(chuàng)新競爭力的提升對于中國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長和綜合實力的提升亦具有重大意義。借助全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡研究框架,基于內(nèi)涵分解出全球科技網(wǎng)絡、全球知識網(wǎng)絡以及全球創(chuàng)新服務網(wǎng)絡三層子網(wǎng)絡,從廣義創(chuàng)新概念構筑國際城市創(chuàng)新競爭力比較指標體系,從一個寬泛的創(chuàng)新競爭力視角把握城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展基礎、現(xiàn)狀和潛力,判斷基于全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的國際城市創(chuàng)新競爭力地理格局。其中,著重就中國城市與世界領先城市的差距進行比較和分析,把握中國城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的突破路徑。
[Abstract]:With the emergence and development of the global innovation network, some international cities have become the core node cities of the global innovation network by gathering more R & D institutions and activities, showing strong innovation competitiveness. Under the background of innovation-driven and transformational development, the promotion of Chinese urban innovation competitiveness is also of great significance to the sustained growth of Chinese economy and the promotion of comprehensive strength. With the help of the research framework of the global innovation network, this paper decomposes the global scientific and technological network, the global knowledge network and the global innovation service network into three subnetworks based on the connotation, and constructs the comparative index system of the international urban innovation competitiveness from the broad concept of innovation. From a broad angle of view of innovation competitiveness, we grasp the foundation, present situation and potential of urban innovation development, and judge the geographical pattern of international urban innovation competitiveness based on global innovation network. Among them, the gap between Chinese cities and the world's leading cities is compared and analyzed, and the breakthrough path of China's urban innovation and development is grasped.
