【摘要】：基于SBM超效率模型,測算了我國29個省份1990~2012年全要素電能效率,采用空間自相關(guān)分析方法和空間面板計量模型,探討了中國省級尺度電能效率的時空格局特征及其主要影響因素。研究結(jié)果表明:1990~2012年間,我國電能效率總體上呈現(xiàn)出先上升后下降的趨勢,在空間分布上呈現(xiàn)明顯的東高西低的地域性特征。省域之間電能效率具有顯著的溢出效應(yīng),優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高FDI依存度、對外開放、城市化水平和實際電價水平有利于改善電能效率;而政府影響力與電能效率則存在負相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the SBM superefficiency model, the total factor power efficiency of 29 provinces in China from 1990 to 2012 is calculated. The spatial autocorrelation analysis method and the spatial panel metering model are used. The temporal and spatial characteristics of power efficiency at provincial level in China and its main influencing factors are discussed. The results show that the power efficiency of China increased first and then decreased during the period of: 1990 / 2012, and the spatial distribution of power efficiency in China showed obvious regional characteristics of "east high and west low". Power efficiency between provinces has significant spillover effect. Optimizing industrial structure, increasing FDI dependence, opening to the outside world, urbanization level and actual electricity price level are beneficial to improve power efficiency. However, there is a negative correlation between government influence and power efficiency.
