【摘要】：進入知識經(jīng)濟時代,知識已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的最主要來源。知識管理能力作為企業(yè)核心競爭能力,對企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到關鍵作用。第三方物流企業(yè)作為企業(yè)群體中的一員,想要實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就必須提高對知識、信息的管理能力。但是,第三方物流企業(yè)普遍存在著知識創(chuàng)新能力和信息處理能力落后、識共享效率低的現(xiàn)狀。因此,第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力影響因素,以及知識管理能力對企業(yè)行為的影響作用成為今后第三方物流企業(yè)管理的研究重點。基于上述分析,本文試圖引入企業(yè)基因理論研究第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力。企業(yè)基因理論用于研究企業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本影響因素與作用機理,希望能據(jù)此制定第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力提升措施,并指導企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。主要研究思路如下:首先,對前人研究成果和文獻進行系統(tǒng)梳理,明確知識管理與知識管理能力研究現(xiàn)狀,同時綜述知識管理能力影響因素。對本文的研究對象第三方物流企業(yè)進行概念界定,闡述第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力的特點,綜述生物學基因的本意及說明企業(yè)基因概念體系的構(gòu)成。其次,對于第三方物流企業(yè)生命體特征的界定,則需要通過與生物生命體的類比分析,詳細說明其生命屬性和特征等內(nèi)容,據(jù)此建立第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因模型。通過對第三方物流企業(yè)案例分析對比,得到第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因堿基組成。再次,本文在構(gòu)建第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因結(jié)構(gòu)及分析框架的基礎上,結(jié)合生物基因遺傳中心法則,建立企業(yè)基因遺傳中心法則。從第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄和翻譯兩個過程解釋第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因具體表達過程,進一步深入分析第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因的表達調(diào)控機理。最后,在確定第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因表達路徑之后,擬合生物界生命體基因的變異,界定第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因變異的內(nèi)涵,說明基因變異對企業(yè)進化的重要性,探索影響第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力基因產(chǎn)生變異的主要因素,并對內(nèi)、外動因進行分析。本文基于企業(yè)基因理論視角,對第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力進行深入研究,完善企業(yè)基因理論在企業(yè)知識管理中的應用,致力于彌補第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理能力研究的欠缺,為進一步建立與完善成熟第三方物流企業(yè)知識管理基因模型提供了有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important source of competitive advantage. As the core competence of enterprises, knowledge management ability plays a key role in the sustainable development of enterprises. As a member of the enterprise group, the third party logistics enterprises must improve the management ability of knowledge and information if they want to achieve sustainable development. However, the third party logistics enterprises generally exist the knowledge innovation ability and the information processing ability backwardness, the recognition sharing efficiency is low. Therefore, the influencing factors of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprises and the influence of the knowledge management ability on the enterprise behavior become the research focus of the third party logistics enterprise management in the future. Based on the above analysis, this paper attempts to introduce the enterprise gene theory to study the knowledge management ability of third party logistics enterprises. The theory of enterprise gene is used to study the fundamental influencing factors and mechanism of realizing sustainable development of enterprises. It is hoped that the measures to enhance the knowledge management ability of third party logistics enterprises can be worked out and the sustainable development of enterprises can be guided accordingly. The main research ideas are as follows: firstly, the paper systematically combs the previous research results and literature, clarifies the research status of knowledge management and knowledge management ability, and summarizes the influencing factors of knowledge management ability. This paper defines the concept of the third party logistics enterprise, expounds the characteristics of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprise, summarizes the original intention of the biological gene and explains the constitution of the concept system of the enterprise gene. Secondly, to define the characteristics of the life form of the third party logistics enterprise, it is necessary to explain in detail its life attribute and characteristics through the analogy analysis with the biological life body, so as to establish the genetic model of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprise. Through the case analysis and comparison of the third party logistics enterprises, the gene base composition of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprises is obtained. Thirdly, on the basis of constructing the gene structure and analysis framework of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprise, combining with the genetic center rule of biological gene, this paper establishes the genetic center rule of the enterprise gene. To explain the specific expression process of the knowledge management ability gene of the third party logistics enterprise from the two processes of transcription and translation of the knowledge management ability gene of the third party logistics enterprise. The mechanism of knowledge management ability gene expression in third party logistics enterprises is further analyzed. Finally, after determining the gene expression path of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprise, the genetic variation of the biological life body gene is fitted to define the connotation of the genetic variation of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprise. This paper explains the importance of gene mutation to the evolution of enterprises, explores the main factors that affect the variation of knowledge management ability of third-party logistics enterprises, and analyzes the internal and external causes. Based on the perspective of enterprise gene theory, this paper makes a deep research on the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprise, and consummates the application of the enterprise gene theory in the enterprise knowledge management. It is devoted to make up for the lack of the knowledge management ability of the third party logistics enterprises, and provides a useful reference for further establishing and perfecting the genetic model of the knowledge management of the third party logistics enterprises.
