【摘要】：通過界定城鎮(zhèn)化動力機(jī)制這一概念,認(rèn)為包括資源匯集機(jī)制、產(chǎn)品提供機(jī)制和產(chǎn)品分配機(jī)制的城鎮(zhèn)化動力機(jī)制是決定一段時期內(nèi)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)和任務(wù)能否達(dá)成的關(guān)鍵。新世紀(jì)以來我國高速發(fā)展的城鎮(zhèn)化恰是由于形成了反映這一時期城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)主要目標(biāo)的城鎮(zhèn)化動力機(jī)制。但是這一城鎮(zhèn)化動力機(jī)制也導(dǎo)致我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程與生態(tài)環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會和諧相沖突。新常態(tài)下要提高城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量,就必須打破現(xiàn)有的城鎮(zhèn)化動力機(jī)制,構(gòu)建以金融業(yè)態(tài)多元化、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)智慧化和公共財(cái)政服務(wù)化相結(jié)合的新型城鎮(zhèn)化動力機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:By defining the concept of a dynamic mechanism for urbanization, which is considered to include mechanisms for pooling resources, The urbanization motive mechanism of product supply mechanism and product distribution mechanism is the key to decide whether the goal and task of urbanization construction can be achieved in a certain period of time. The rapid development of urbanization in China since the new century is due to the formation of urbanization. The dynamic mechanism of urbanization, which reflects the main goal of urbanization in this period, also leads to the process of urbanization and ecological environment in China. Economic development and social harmony conflict. In order to improve the quality of urbanization under the new normal, we must break the existing driving mechanism of urbanization and build a diversified financial industry. The combination of industrial production and public finance service is a new type of urbanization motive mechanism.
