【摘要】：我國在城鎮(zhèn)化跨越式推進以及經(jīng)濟漸入“新常態(tài)”的大趨勢下,長期以來對二元結(jié)構(gòu)框架下非均衡發(fā)展路徑的過度依賴局面仍未得到根本性逆轉(zhuǎn)。城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟的快速傾斜式發(fā)展,嚴重損害了城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)、統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的良性機制,由此迸發(fā)出農(nóng)村發(fā)展邊緣化、空心化；后備土地資源頻頻告急；農(nóng)村長期建設(shè)規(guī)劃失位、農(nóng)民住宅非理性擴張以及留守人口系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險加劇等一系列癥結(jié)。研究農(nóng)民居住集聚問題不僅有助于上述難題的化解,更事關(guān)城鄉(xiāng)二元制經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的破解以及農(nóng)民居住條件現(xiàn)代化的達成、是構(gòu)建城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)體系的關(guān)鍵一環(huán),因而其理論價值高、政策意義大。本文以經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),采取規(guī)范分析與實證分析相結(jié)合等方法,對關(guān)天區(qū)農(nóng)民居住集聚的模式選擇這一核心問題展開研究。首先,通過對入戶調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)資料進行描述統(tǒng)計分析,從土地利用、人口結(jié)構(gòu)以及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展等方面為切入點,揭示農(nóng)民“空心村”居住的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題；接著以村莊評價指標體系為分析基石,針對如何構(gòu)建農(nóng)民居住模式選擇的數(shù)理方法體系,通過建立以因子分析(進行降維處理)、聚類分析(進行村莊歸類),以及貝葉斯判別分析(進行居住集聚模式的定量描述)三者相結(jié)合的分析范式,從實證角度為農(nóng)民居住集聚模式選擇提供定量方法支撐；然后,以受統(tǒng)計村莊的聚類結(jié)果為依據(jù),構(gòu)建與之高度匹配的四種農(nóng)民居住集聚模式并深入探究每種模式的可能實現(xiàn)路徑；最后立足于關(guān)天區(qū)實際情況,得出了農(nóng)民居住集聚的模式選擇應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循集聚經(jīng)濟理論為指導(dǎo)、統(tǒng)籌設(shè)計、同時進行政策扶持、并尊重農(nóng)民意愿等結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:China's economic leap forward and gradually into the trend of "new normal" in the town for a long time, two yuan structure under the framework of the non balanced development path dependence situation has not been fundamentally reversed. Fast sloping urban economic development, serious damage to the urban and rural coordination, benign mechanism of overall development. Bursting out the rural development marginalization, hollowing; reserve land resources frequent emergency; rural construction planning long-term loss, farmer housing irrational expansion and increased risk of left behind population system and a series of research in resolving problem. Farmers live gathering problems not only contribute to the problem, but also close to two yuan for urban and rural economic structure the crack and the living conditions of farmers to achieve modernization, is a key link to construct the system of the integration of urban and rural construction, so its theoretical value is high, the policy significance of economic theory in this paper. The guidance of theory of normative analysis combined with empirical analysis and other methods, to bring the farmers living area agglomeration mode selection of this core issue. Firstly, through descriptive statistical analysis of questionnaire data and related information from land use, population structure and economic development as the starting point so as to reveal the farmers "hollow village" living status and problems; then the evaluation index system for the analysis of village foundation, aiming at how to construct the system of mathematical method of residential mode selection of farmers, by establishing a factor analysis (dimension), cluster analysis (village classification), and Bayesian discriminant analysis (Quantitative residential agglomeration mode description) analysis paradigm of the combination of the three, from the perspective of empirical model for farmers living agglomeration provide quantitative methods to support; then, by the statistical village of Poly Class based on the results, the construction of four farmers living height matched with the cluster model and explore the possible path of each mode; finally, based on the actual situation in this area, the mode selection of farmers living agglomeration should follow the agglomeration economy theory, integration design, and policy support, and respect the farmer will the conclusion.
