【摘要】：職業(yè)成就性別差異研究主要從性別歧視、社會角色等層面展開,本文通過總結(jié)競爭激勵機(jī)制下男女行為及競爭偏好差異,基于內(nèi)在行為偏好視角解釋職業(yè)成就的性別差異,從過度自信、社會偏好、風(fēng)險決策、社會文化等維度歸納競爭偏好性別差異的影響因素,并在此框架基礎(chǔ)上介紹了傾斜機(jī)制、團(tuán)隊間競爭、調(diào)整競爭群體的性別比例三種女性競爭偏好的提升機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The study of gender differences in career achievement is mainly carried out from the aspects of gender discrimination and social roles. This paper explains the gender differences of career achievement from the perspective of intrinsic behavioral preference by summing up the differences between male and female behavior and competition preference under the competitive incentive mechanism. From the dimensions of overconfidence, social preference, risk decision-making, social culture and so on, the influence factors of gender differences in competition preference are summarized. On the basis of this framework, the skew mechanism and competition among teams are introduced. The promotion mechanism of three kinds of women's competition preference is to adjust the sex ratio of competition group.
