民眾低碳需求與企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)聯(lián)動(dòng)推進(jìn)機(jī)制的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加速,中國(guó)正面臨資源枯竭、生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化等問(wèn)題。近年來(lái),中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民收入不斷提高,生活消費(fèi)理念也發(fā)生了變化,對(duì)綠色食品、綠色家居、綠色服裝、節(jié)能環(huán)保家電等低碳、環(huán)保產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)需求與日遞增?梢哉f(shuō),低碳環(huán)保正在成為主流社會(huì)認(rèn)同的價(jià)值觀念,并成為引導(dǎo)未來(lái)消費(fèi)的重要趨勢(shì)。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)積極順應(yīng)民眾消費(fèi)需求的變化,立足民眾消費(fèi)需求來(lái)安排生產(chǎn),推進(jìn)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。為此,政府和企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)共同努力,立足民眾的低碳需求,構(gòu)建起民眾低碳需求與企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)的聯(lián)動(dòng)推進(jìn)機(jī)制,在滿(mǎn)足民眾低碳消費(fèi)需求的同時(shí),推進(jìn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)工藝等的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),以低碳生產(chǎn)培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization, China is facing problems such as the depletion of resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment. In recent years, the income of Chinese urban and rural residents has been increasing, and the concept of living and consumption has also changed. Green home, green clothing, energy-saving and environment-friendly appliances and other low-carbon, environmental protection products consumption demand and increasing. It can be said that low-carbon environmental protection is becoming the mainstream social identity of values, Under the condition of market economy, enterprises should actively adapt to the changes of consumer demand, arrange production based on consumer demand, and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. The government and enterprises should work together to build a linkage mechanism between the low carbon demand of the people and the low carbon production of enterprises, and promote the enterprise production technology while satisfying the low carbon consumption demand of the people. The transformation and upgrading of production technology, low-carbon production to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises.
