【摘要】：大力推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是解決"三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題的重要途徑,新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)"以人為本"就必須妥善解決農(nóng)村留守老人的贍養(yǎng)問(wèn)題;本文通過(guò)對(duì)河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)過(guò)程中留守老人贍養(yǎng)問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀和困境進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而提出解決農(nóng)村留守老人贍養(yǎng)問(wèn)題的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Vigorously promoting the construction of new urbanization is an important way to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". In order to realize "people-oriented", it is necessary to properly solve the problem of supporting the elderly left behind in rural areas. Based on the analysis of the present situation and difficulties of the problem of the maintenance of the elderly left behind in the process of the construction of new urbanization in Hebei Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of the maintenance of the elderly left behind in rural areas.
