【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的主要推力,而綠色化則是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的本質(zhì)訴求。本文以福建省為例,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法,建立多指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建綠色化與城鎮(zhèn)化動(dòng)態(tài)耦合模型,揭示影響綠色化與城鎮(zhèn)化系統(tǒng)耦合的主要因素,并對(duì)兩者的耦合度進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)分析。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、城鎮(zhèn)基本公共服務(wù)水平提升是脅迫生態(tài)環(huán)境的主要因素;生態(tài)環(huán)境治理水平和基礎(chǔ)條件是制約城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的主要因素;綠色化與城鎮(zhèn)化系統(tǒng)耦合度表現(xiàn)出比較明顯的階段性和波動(dòng)性,動(dòng)態(tài)變化曲線總體呈現(xiàn)"U"型特征,未來(lái)生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展支撐的瓶頸會(huì)進(jìn)一步變窄。最后,提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the main thrust of China's economic and social development, while greening is the essential demand of economic and social development. The dynamic coupling model of green and urbanization is constructed to reveal the main factors that affect the coupling of green and urbanization system, and the coupling degree between them is analyzed dynamically. The results show that: economic growth. The improvement of the basic public service level is the main factor of the ecological environment. The level and basic conditions of ecological environment governance are the main factors restricting the development of urbanization. The coupling degree of green and urbanization system showed obvious stages and volatility, and the dynamic change curve showed "U" type characteristics. In the future, the bottleneck of ecological environment to the development of urbanization will become narrower. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
