基于時(shí)間窗約束下的運(yùn)輸成本模型研究

【摘要】:在實(shí)際運(yùn)輸過程中,一些客戶會(huì)根據(jù)自己的需求情況預(yù)先規(guī)定貨物的送達(dá)時(shí)間,即時(shí)間窗約束。本文所研究的時(shí)間窗主要是軟時(shí)間窗,即當(dāng)貨物的送達(dá)時(shí)間早于客戶規(guī)定的最早運(yùn)輸時(shí)間時(shí),承運(yùn)方需要支付相應(yīng)的庫(kù)存費(fèi)用;當(dāng)貨物的送達(dá)時(shí)間遲于客戶規(guī)定的最遲運(yùn)輸時(shí)間,則承運(yùn)方將根據(jù)合同規(guī)定支付相應(yīng)的懲罰費(fèi)用。本文在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一個(gè)帶有時(shí)間約束的雙目標(biāo)運(yùn)輸成本模型。該模型在考慮時(shí)間窗約束條件下包含兩個(gè)目標(biāo):一個(gè)是達(dá)到運(yùn)輸車輛數(shù)最低,另一個(gè)是追求運(yùn)輸成本最低。本文將通過一個(gè)改進(jìn)的遺傳算法和對(duì)該問題進(jìn)行求解。最后,本文通過一個(gè)案例驗(yàn)證了該模型的準(zhǔn)確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In the actual transportation process, some customers will pre-determine the delivery time of the goods according to their own needs, that is, the time window constraint. The time window studied in this paper is mainly the soft time window. That is, when the delivery time of the goods is earlier than the earliest time stipulated by the customer, the carrier needs to pay the corresponding inventory cost; When the delivery time of the goods is later than the latest time stipulated by the customer, the carrier will pay the corresponding penalty fee in accordance with the terms of the contract. A two-objective transport cost model with time constraints is proposed. The model includes two objectives: one is to achieve the lowest number of transport vehicles under the condition of time window constraints. The other is to pursue the lowest transportation cost. In this paper, an improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, this paper verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the model by a case study.
