【摘要】：隨著當今信息社會和知識經(jīng)濟日益發(fā)展,人們?yōu)樯鐣\福利,以及創(chuàng)造財富的手段也由過去主要的生產(chǎn)生活方式向項目開發(fā)和實施模式轉(zhuǎn)變。然而,項目的開發(fā)和實施也存在一定的風險,尤其是在大型建筑工程項目施工建設(shè)中,項目的開發(fā)以及實施是一個復雜的過程,投資大、工期長并存在很多的不確定性,如果不能及時有效的規(guī)避和控制這些風險,則會給項目的業(yè)主和承包商帶來風險和損失。在實際項目管理過程中要加強對項目風險的管理,這也是當今建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的保障,風險管理也直接影響到項目能否順利進行,是項目成功的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本論文以實際B5樓項目工程為例,首先在對山東省知識經(jīng)濟總部基地B5樓座工程項目概況介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了該項目的風險管理計劃,其次針對B5樓座的實際情況,根據(jù)項目風險識別的依據(jù),對風險識別的過程以及風險識別的方法加以闡述,找出B5樓座工程項目識別的風險因素。最后針對B5樓座工程項目風險分析與評價,構(gòu)建評價模型,評價分析各風險因素,對提出的風險應(yīng)對措施和計劃進行闡述。本文系統(tǒng)分析了工程項目風險管理的識別、估計和評價的方法及應(yīng)用,并對監(jiān)測出的風險問題進行監(jiān)控和采取規(guī)避措施進行了理論研究,結(jié)合項目案例進一步加以闡釋,為建筑工程項目在風險管理的應(yīng)用中提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of information society and the development of knowledge economy, people for social welfare, as well as a means of creating wealth from the past the main mode of production and life to the project development and implementation mode. However, the development and implementation of the project there are certain risks, especially in the large-scale construction engineering project construction, project development and the implementation is a complex process, large investment, long construction period and there is a lot of uncertainty, if not promptly and effectively control and avoid these risks, it will bring the wind risks and losses to the project owner and contractor. In the actual process of project management to strengthen the project risk management, which is the current building to ensure the sustainable development of industry, risk management has a direct impact on the project can proceed smoothly, is the key to the success of the project. In this paper, the actual building B5 project as an example, the first First, based on introducing the general situation of the Shandong headquarters base of knowledge economy B5 Gallery Project, describes the project risk management plan, aiming at the B5 Gallery of the actual situation, according to the project risk identification based on the risk identification process and risk identification. And to elaborate, to find out the risk factors of B5 project Gallery recognition. Finally according to risk analysis and evaluation of a B5 project, construct the evaluation model, evaluation and analysis of the risk factors, the risk response measures and plans are presented in this paper. This paper analyzes the identification of project risk management, the methods of estimation and evaluation and its application, and to monitor the risk monitoring and take measures to avoid the theoretical study, combined with the project case to further explain, and provide reference for the construction project in the application of the risk management.
