世界貿(mào)易組織對(duì)薩摩亞的影響研究

世界貿(mào)易組織自1944年成立以來(lái),在世界范圍內(nèi)確立了國(guó)家間貿(mào)易規(guī)則,幫助解決國(guó)家間貿(mào)易爭(zhēng)端,促進(jìn)了國(guó)際貿(mào)易發(fā)展。許多國(guó)家都在積極努力的想要進(jìn)入世界貿(mào)易組織,然而進(jìn)入世界貿(mào)易組織的過(guò)程需要長(zhǎng)期的協(xié)商規(guī)劃,每個(gè)國(guó)家都想維護(hù)自己本國(guó)的利益,所以對(duì)貿(mào)易條款和貿(mào)易規(guī)則的制定尤其重要。每個(gè)國(guó)家都希望能在進(jìn)入世界貿(mào)易組織后可以極大的促進(jìn)本國(guó)的貿(mào)易水平,帶動(dòng)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)水平與國(guó)際化交流程度,但是近來(lái)研究表明,世界貿(mào)易組織并不是對(duì)所有國(guó)家都有著積極促進(jìn)作用。對(duì)于有些國(guó)家,尤其是發(fā)展中國(guó)家,由于不對(duì)等的國(guó)際間關(guān)系,在加入世界貿(mào)易組織之后并無(wú)得到明顯發(fā)展。薩摩亞于2012年正式被批準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入世界貿(mào)易組織,在之后幾年,薩摩亞的貿(mào)易變得更加的全球化,然而它的經(jīng)濟(jì)情況并未得到顯著提升,所以世界貿(mào)易組織對(duì)薩摩亞的影響究竟如何,值得進(jìn)一步科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)难芯�。本文首先�?duì)世界貿(mào)易組織進(jìn)行了介紹,包括其發(fā)展歷程、基本原則和主要作用,然后基于其發(fā)展目標(biāo),對(duì)其成立以來(lái)為促進(jìn)各成員方貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)取得的成效進(jìn)行了評(píng)述。其次介紹了薩摩亞的基本現(xiàn)況,包括發(fā)展歷史與國(guó)家特色,并積極加入世界貿(mào)易組織的緣由。同時(shí)詳細(xì)描述了薩摩亞加入世界貿(mào)易組織的過(guò)程與在達(dá)...
