迄今為止,世界貿(mào)易組織幾乎囊括了世界上所有的國家。所有發(fā)達國家都是世界貿(mào)易組織成員,這也推動了其他經(jīng)濟體加入世界貿(mào)易組織,因為加入世界貿(mào)易組織與該國的經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易發(fā)展息息相關。加入世界貿(mào)易組織意味著世界貿(mào)易組織成員國必須無條件遵守世界貿(mào)易組織規(guī)則,不得采取不利于其他成員國利益的限制性措施。吉爾吉斯斯坦積極加入世界貿(mào)易組織確保了國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)者的生產(chǎn)和自由貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,同時開放了外商市場,創(chuàng)造了良好的競爭環(huán)境。多年來,吉爾吉斯斯坦政府相繼出臺了幾十項新的外貿(mào)自由化法律、法規(guī)和招商引資政策。此外,吉爾吉斯斯的對外貿(mào)易和出口結構在地理上和結構上不斷發(fā)生變化,并建立了一個安全、透明的貿(mào)易體系。1998年12月20日,吉爾吉斯斯坦正式成為世界貿(mào)易組織的正式成員。CGE模型計算該國經(jīng)濟的實際和外貿(mào)部門的經(jīng)濟指標。該模型可用于評估貿(mào)易政策對經(jīng)濟影響,包括發(fā)展中國家和轉型經(jīng)濟體的區(qū)域貿(mào)易一體化。這清楚地表明,吉爾吉斯斯坦已成為分區(qū)域規(guī)模貿(mào)易活動的平臺。本文致力于從積極和消極兩個方面研究吉爾吉斯斯坦加入世貿(mào)組織后的影響和經(jīng)驗,并為加入世貿(mào)組織的國家提供建議,加速他們經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的進程。本文通過描述性統(tǒng)計和實證檢驗,分析...
