【摘要】：目前,經(jīng)濟(jì)與潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油出現(xiàn)快速的交互融合,潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,而包涵潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油交流和潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油影響力傳播的潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易也在國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)交流中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色。各國(guó)紛紛制定和實(shí)施促進(jìn)本國(guó)潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易發(fā)展的政策措施,我國(guó)也提出要實(shí)施潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油走出去戰(zhàn)略,增強(qiáng)國(guó)家“潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油軟實(shí)力”。在此背景下,我國(guó)潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易越來(lái)越多為學(xué)者所關(guān)注。本文在潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力基本概念與理論介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,搜集了16個(gè)主要國(guó)家的潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易的相關(guān)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行國(guó)別比較,較為客觀地評(píng)價(jià)了我國(guó)潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為我國(guó)潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上具有一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,但潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)仍不合理,核心潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易占比較低,需要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)。然后,本文利用波特的“鉆石模型”構(gòu)建了潤(rùn)滑油基礎(chǔ)油貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素體系,并利用SPSS分析軟件做相關(guān)性分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)模型的其他回歸分析結(jié)果并不理想,故采用各變量與因變量間的一元回歸方法試圖分析其影響水平,同時(shí)結(jié)合各因素的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義加以解釋,只有同時(shí)符合回歸模型和經(jīng)濟(jì)解釋的變量才作為最終影響因素。其中可以作為解釋變量的因素為石油供應(yīng)量和石化產(chǎn)業(yè)直接投資額這兩個(gè)生產(chǎn)要素,不可以作為解釋變量的因素為全社會(huì)交通運(yùn)輸工具保有量、旅客周轉(zhuǎn)量、貨物周轉(zhuǎn)量以及匯率,我們從中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展非常態(tài)化、變量與因變量相關(guān)性較差以及變量自身的數(shù)據(jù)可靠性等角度進(jìn)行了不可信性解釋。最終我們給出關(guān)于保障石油供給能力和合理優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)投資的建議,以促進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)油產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和出口能力提升。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a rapid interaction between economy and lube base oil, and more and more attention has been paid to the lube base oil industry. The lube base oil trade, which includes lube base oil exchange and lube base oil influence transmission, also plays an increasingly important role in international economic exchanges. Many countries have formulated and implemented policies and measures to promote the development of lube base oil industry and the development of lube base oil trade. China has also put forward the strategy of going out of lube base oil to strengthen the national "soft strength of lube base oil". Under this background, our country lube base oil trade more and more is concerned by the scholar. On the basis of the basic concept and theory introduction of the trade competitiveness of lube base oil, this paper collects the relevant index data of lube base oil trade of 16 major countries for country comparison. This paper objectively evaluates the present situation of the trade competitiveness of lube base oil in China, and thinks that the trade of lube base oil in China has certain competitiveness in the international market, but the trade structure of lube base oil is still unreasonable. Core lube base oil trade is relatively low, need to further optimize lube base oil trade structure. Then, using Porter's "Diamond Model" to construct the influencing factors system of lube base oil trade competitiveness, and using SPSS software to do correlation analysis, it is found that other regression analysis results of the model are not ideal. Therefore, the univariate regression method between variables and dependent variables is used to analyze the level of influence, and the economic significance of each factor is explained. Only the variables that accord with the regression model and the economic interpretation can be regarded as the final influencing factors. Among them, the factors that can be used as explanatory variables are the oil supply and the direct investment in the petrochemical industry. The factors that can not be used as the explanatory variables are the volume of transportation vehicles in the whole society and the turnover of passengers. In terms of the turnover of goods and the exchange rate, we explain it from the point of view of the non-normalization of China's economic development, the poor correlation between variables and dependent variables, and the reliability of variables' own data. Finally, we give some suggestions on ensuring oil supply capacity and optimizing industrial investment, so as to promote the development of base oil industry and the enhancement of export capacity.
