泉州郵政公司發(fā)展農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的策略研究

【摘要】:改革開放三十多年以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化的不斷發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)在全國取得了長足發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)已深入到日常生活中,伴隨著國內(nèi)電子商務(wù)規(guī)模的急劇擴(kuò)張,其在農(nóng)村的發(fā)展也引起了相關(guān)部門的關(guān)注,電子商務(wù)對農(nóng)村生活的影響也已經(jīng)顯而易見。在新的背景下,國家頻頻出臺關(guān)于扶持農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展的政策,鼓勵物流、倉儲、資金和渠道更高效地下沉到農(nóng)村市場,特別指出支持郵政系統(tǒng)服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”,因此,郵政公司在農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展上,具有史無前例的絕好機(jī)遇。泉州郵政公司在早期服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”的工作上對農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)有過探索,但是早期運(yùn)營模式較為粗放,也未取得較好效果,在2015年,泉州郵政公司按照集團(tuán)公司的部署正式進(jìn)軍農(nóng)村電子商務(wù),但是從當(dāng)前泉州郵政公司在推動電子商務(wù)進(jìn)農(nóng)村的工作開展情況來看,存在著許多的問題,這些問題制約著郵政農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。本研究在總結(jié)分析國內(nèi)外農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)研究現(xiàn)狀和水平的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了泉州郵政在農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并設(shè)計問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)合泉州郵政公司自身情況及農(nóng)村地區(qū)農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展的具體情況,總結(jié)歸納出泉州郵政公司在發(fā)展農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)存在的主觀和客觀問題,諸如農(nóng)民教育水平不高、農(nóng)村對電子商務(wù)概念認(rèn)識不足、郵政公司在農(nóng)村地區(qū)的信息化水平不高、郵政電子商務(wù)平臺知名度低等問題制約著泉州郵政公司農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,在對問題分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了泉州郵政公司可以通過加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村地區(qū)培訓(xùn)、加強(qiáng)基層郵政信息化建設(shè)、完善農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)運(yùn)作體系、建設(shè)農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)線上線下服務(wù)體系等措施來保障農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的順利開展,因此,探討研究泉州郵政發(fā)展農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的問題和對策具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world for more than 30 years, with the continuous development of economic informatization in China, E-commerce has made great progress in the whole country. E-commerce has gone deep into daily life, along with the rapid expansion of domestic e-commerce scale. Its development in rural areas has also aroused the concern of relevant departments, and the impact of electronic commerce on rural life has become obvious. In the new context, the state has frequently issued policies to support the development of rural e-commerce, encouraging logistics and warehousing. Funds and channels have sunk more efficiently into rural markets, noting in particular the support of postal system services for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and thus postal companies in the development of rural e-commerce, Quanzhou Post Company has explored rural e-commerce in its early work of serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers, but its early operation model was extensive and failed to achieve good results. In 2015, Quanzhou Post Company formally entered rural electronic commerce according to the group company's deployment, but from the current situation of Quanzhou Post Company in promoting e-commerce into rural areas, there are many problems. These problems restrict the development of rural electronic commerce. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research status and level of rural electronic commerce at home and abroad, this study analyzes the present situation of Quanzhou Post's development in rural electronic commerce, and designs a questionnaire survey. Combined with the situation of Quanzhou Post Company and the development of rural electronic commerce in rural areas, this paper summarizes the subjective and objective problems existing in the development of rural electronic commerce by Quanzhou Post Company, such as the low level of education of farmers. The lack of understanding of the concept of electronic commerce in rural areas, the low level of information of postal companies in rural areas, the low popularity of postal e-commerce platform restrict the development of rural electronic commerce of Quanzhou Post Company, based on the analysis of the problems. It is put forward that Quanzhou Post Company can strengthen the construction of grass-roots postal informatization and improve the rural electronic commerce operation system by strengthening training in rural areas. In order to guarantee the smooth development of rural electronic commerce, it is of great significance to study the problems and countermeasures of Quanzhou Post's development of rural electronic commerce.
