【摘要】:分析了目前生鮮電商冷鏈配送的主要模式,指出配送環(huán)節(jié)存在著"最后一公里"配送難的問題。針對問題,構(gòu)建了生鮮電商O2O自提模式,提出自提點(diǎn)的建立方法,最后分析了自提模式的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes on the main modes of cold chain distribution of fresh electricity merchants, points out that there is a problem of "last kilometer" distribution in distribution links. In order to solve the problems, this paper constructs the O _ 2O self-extraction mode of fresh electricity merchants, and puts forward the method of setting up self-lifting points. Finally, the advantages of self-extraction model are analyzed.
