【摘要】:隨著超級(jí)市場(chǎng)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)式商場(chǎng)、電商各種新業(yè)態(tài)的迅猛發(fā)展,特別是國(guó)內(nèi)電商的崛起,以及地產(chǎn)百貨憑借著場(chǎng)地和物業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì),遍地開(kāi)花,傳統(tǒng)的百貨商場(chǎng)也受到了巨大的沖擊,客流減少,業(yè)績(jī)下滑,轉(zhuǎn)型,將成為百貨零售店生存之道,那么,面臨嚴(yán)峻的新挑戰(zhàn),探索生存之道和轉(zhuǎn)型之路,需要做什么準(zhǔn)備,用什么來(lái)保障轉(zhuǎn)型成功,更是百貨企業(yè)擔(dān)憂的問(wèn)題,為解決商業(yè)模式的問(wèn)題,很多百貨零售開(kāi)始引入各種培訓(xùn),希望通過(guò)培訓(xùn)找到解決企業(yè)困境的方法,尋求適合自己的商業(yè)之路,但是由于國(guó)外培訓(xùn)行業(yè)對(duì)百貨零售的研究較少,很多培訓(xùn)引進(jìn)來(lái)的時(shí)候,企業(yè)很熱鬧,員工很激動(dòng),而培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后,企業(yè)仍然茫然,員工依然沒(méi)有進(jìn)步。本文通過(guò)分析MZD百貨公司公司在轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中遇到的人力資源瓶頸,分析賣場(chǎng)管理人員培訓(xùn)管理存在的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)管理改進(jìn)研究。培訓(xùn)管理改進(jìn)研究包括了培訓(xùn)需求分析、課程設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)劃制定、培訓(xùn)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、培訓(xùn)組織與實(shí)施五大內(nèi)容。在研究過(guò)程中,運(yùn)用最新的培訓(xùn)理論知識(shí),通過(guò)分析MZD百貨公司公司賣場(chǎng)管理人員培訓(xùn)需求,根據(jù)培訓(xùn)需求進(jìn)行KAS三大培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容分析,研究了賣場(chǎng)管理人員以KAS三大內(nèi)容訓(xùn)基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)課程。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中運(yùn)用資料分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等方式并結(jié)合筆者在該公司工作多年的研究進(jìn)行,使所設(shè)計(jì)的培訓(xùn)管理與MZD公司的實(shí)際需求實(shí)現(xiàn)匹配,成為MZD公司可以直接投入實(shí)施的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,為企業(yè)日后開(kāi)發(fā)其它課程體系提供了理論、工具和方法指導(dǎo),具有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of supermarkets, warehouse stores, and various new forms of e-commerce business, especially the rise of domestic e-commerce merchants, and the development of real estate department stores with the advantages of venues and properties, the traditional department stores have also suffered a tremendous impact. Reduced passenger flow, declining performance, and transformation will become the way to survive in a department store. So, in the face of severe new challenges, exploring the way to survive and the road to transformation, what preparations need to be made and what to use to ensure the success of the transformation, In order to solve the problem of business model, many department stores began to introduce various kinds of training, hoping to find a solution to the difficulties of enterprises through training, and to find the right way for their own business. However, because the foreign training industry has done less research on the retail sales of the department stores, many of the training sessions were introduced into the business, when the enterprises were very lively and the employees were very excited, and after the training, the enterprises were still at a loss. By analyzing the bottleneck of human resources in MZD department store during the transition, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training and management of store managers. Training management improvement research includes five aspects: training needs analysis, curriculum design, planning, trainers team building, training organization and implementation. Using the latest training theory knowledge, through the analysis of MZD department store store manager training needs, according to the training needs of the three major KAS training content analysis, This paper studies the basic training courses for the managers of the store with three major contents of KAS. In the process of design, the author applies the methods of data analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview and so on, combined with the research of the author who has been working in the company for many years. So that the designed training management can match the actual requirements of MZD company and become a training project that can be put into practice directly by MZD Company, which provides the theory, tools and method guidance for the enterprise to develop other course system in the future. It has long-term guiding significance.
