【摘要】：在我國目前情境下,社會(huì)資本是企業(yè)獲取資源的重要手段,企業(yè)通過社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)尋求稀缺資源的配置方式在當(dāng)代中國已成為一種主流方式。本文以2002—2006年我國上交所上市公司為研究樣本,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了企業(yè)社會(huì)資本對財(cái)務(wù)績效的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)社會(huì)資本對公司績效有顯著的提升作用,且對后續(xù)財(cái)務(wù)績效的作用也非常明顯。本文的研究不僅豐富了社會(huì)資本的測量文獻(xiàn)的內(nèi)容,而且有助于理解我國經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)勁增長背后的非正式制度原因。
[Abstract]:Under the present situation in China, social capital is an important means for enterprises to obtain resources, and it has become a mainstream way for enterprises to seek the allocation of scarce resources through social networks in contemporary China. Taking listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2002 to 2006 as research samples, this paper empirically tests the influence of corporate social capital on financial performance. It is found that corporate social capital has a significant effect on corporate performance, and also has a significant effect on subsequent financial performance. The research in this paper not only enriches the content of the measurement literature of social capital, but also helps to understand the informal institutional reasons behind the strong economic growth in China.
