【摘要】：近年來擔保行業(yè)在中小企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展之下，其重要性逐漸突出，但發(fā)展并非是一帆風順的。由于政府對擔保行業(yè)扶持加大，有許多民間資本紛紛涌入擔保機構(gòu)。這些民營擔保公司加入金融體系內(nèi)，很大程度上解決了市場當中有長遠利益發(fā)展卻因資金不足的中小型企業(yè)的資金鏈問題，也分擔了銀行的信貸風險。但目前國內(nèi)對擔保機構(gòu)的管理還不規(guī)范，存在較大風險。鑒于擔保公司經(jīng)營風險的重要性，進行有效風險管理就成為了重點。本文梳理國內(nèi)外擔保風險理論基礎(chǔ)上，對X擔保公司風險管理體系進行研究。通過對組織架構(gòu)、擔保流程分析，根據(jù)SWOT分析法比對，闡述其在發(fā)展中的不足，并提出解決方法與措施，，為民營擔保公司有效的風險防控和管理提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of SMEs, the importance of guarantee industry is gradually prominent, but the development is not smooth. As government support for the guarantee industry increased, a lot of private capital poured into guarantee institutions. These private guarantee companies join the financial system, to a large extent, to solve the long-term interests of the market but because of lack of funds of small and medium-sized enterprises financing chain problem, but also share the credit risk of banks. However, at present, the management of guarantee institutions is not standardized, there is a greater risk. In view of the importance of the guarantee company operating risk, effective risk management has become the focus. Based on the theory of guarantee risk at home and abroad, this paper studies the risk management system of X-guarantee company. Based on the analysis of organizational structure, guarantee process and comparison of SWOT analysis method, this paper expounds its shortcomings in development, and puts forward the solutions and measures to provide reference and reference for the effective risk prevention and control and management of private guarantee companies.
